Interior description of the vacation home at the Südstrand
The spacious vacation home is waiting for you with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, the bathroom and a balcony with plenty of sun and sea view.
The first thing you see when you enter the vacation home is the kitchen. It offers plenty of space so that you can prepare something delicious to eat even with several people. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will find everything you need to prepare it.
From the kitchen, you will then enter the living room, where you can make yourself comfortable on the couch or in the cozy double bed to really relax. Of course, you can also make yourself comfortable on the balcony, treat yourself to a delicious drink and let the sun shine on your face while you listen to the sea and the seagulls.
The modern bathroom then awaits you after your excursions to the south beach or across the island, so you can wash off the salt water, sand and stress of the pre-holiday season. Afterwards, you can snuggle up in bed and dream about the next few days before waking up refreshed and rested to prepare for the day ahead.

The private vacation home is located on the 2 floor, in house 55, in Stranddistelweg at the marina, in Burgtiefe on Fehmarn. The apartment house has a total of 5 floors and each floor can be easily reached by elevator or stairs.
On the beach promenade you will find many cafés, restaurants, playgrounds and other activities, as well as boat rentals for pedal boats and motorboats, which you can rent even without a boat license. Also, (aspiring) water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here thanks to the famous water sports school "Charchulla". Whether sailing, surfing, kiting or SUP (Stand Up Paddling), you can learn everything here.
You can lead your dog on the outdoor and dog beach, which is only about 1 km from your accommodation. There he can then romp around with you or other dogs, dig and cool off in the sea.

very nice holiday apartment to feel good

We had a very relaxing vacation and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It has a nice balcony with a great sea view and everything you need is available. A fixed fly screen in the bedroom would be good, otherwise we lacked nothing. The key handover was very nice and uncomplicated. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to come back! The apartment is very cozy and clean, nothing was missing. 1 star deduction because the balcony was not cleaned, dirty chairs and table, cobwebs across the balcony, maybe inform the cleaning staff that the balcony should also be cleaned, otherwise everything was great.

Great apartment, always happy to return.

We have now been there for the 3rd time and certainly not the last time. Everything is right, even our dog obviously feels at home. We are already planning the next vacation there. You only do that when everything fits!

It was a nice vacation in Fehmarn.

The apartment is beautiful, but also efficiently furnished in terms of space and well-equipped, and it was very clean. At times it was a bit cramped, but we were also with 3 children (younger than 6, including a stroller) on site and it worked out. The location is great and the walk to the beach is very short. We would book it again.

Perfect apartment

We liked the apartment right away. Even upon entering, you feel at home! Everything is very tastefully furnished. The kitchen, in such a small space, is genius and has everything you need. The bathroom is very nicely done. Comfortable bed with good, cozy mattresses. The furniture overall is not cheap stuff. We only used the second room to store our suitcases, etc. But it is also nicely decorated; even the second television is present. Breakfast on the balcony is wonderful, and letting the evening wind down there is just as beautiful! If it's cooler, there are even blankets. All in all: We liked the apartment so much that we booked it again for next year! A big thank you to the apartment owners. They contributed to making the vacation relaxing!

Very beautiful apartment with a view of the water.

The apartment is really very nice and has everything you need. The space is also more than sufficient. For example, there is enough room on the balcony for 4 people to sit without having to fold up the clothes dryer. Unfortunately, the balcony was not clean. There were many cobwebs and bird droppings present. The dishes were a bit mismatched, but that wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, as mentioned, really top-notch and in a very good location. We would book it again. Supplement: very friendly mediation can only be recommended.

Beautifully maintained apartment with minor defects.

The key handover and the support during the holiday period were perfect. The apartment captivates immediately upon entering. It is very tastefully furnished. In the kitchen, the highlights are a microwave, a dishwasher, and an almost silent washing machine. Basic spices and coffee filters are also already provided. In the bathroom, the ventilation and heating are excellent. In the separate sleeping area, there was also a second flat-screen TV and two comfortable beds. There were indeed some spiders in their webs under the table and by the window. In the living-sleeping room, there is the large double bed. However, it should be mentioned that the specification of 180x200 cm consists of 2 mattresses. We had only provided one large fitted sheet in that size. So, you need 2 here! It must also be mentioned that the two mattresses have different degrees of firmness and are not of the same height. The dining area and the couch are beautiful. A bottle of water was ready for greeting, perfect!! There is free Wi-Fi available. The balcony, with a beautiful view towards the South Beach, has a fly screen sliding door and a clothes drying rack. It also has a table with 4 chairs and a sun umbrella. This is amazing for breakfast or dinner. Everything is well thought out and completes the impression. This apartment is dreamy, and we would have loved to move in immediately and stay forever.

Beautiful vacation apartment

A beautiful, clean vacation apartment. The equipment is very good. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, even a washing machine and a dishwasher. Also, in this apartment, the second bedroom has a flat screen TV. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. It is only about 200m to the beach. This was my second time in this apartment and I will book it again. My daughter and I had a nice relaxing vacation. The team from Inselblume was very friendly and the key handover went smoothly.

The apartment immediately impresses upon entering. It is very tastefully furnished. In the kitchen, the special highlights are a microwave, a dishwasher, and an almost noiseless washing machine. Basic spices and coffee filters are also already available. The ventilation and heating in the bathroom are excellent.
In the separate bedroom, there was also a second flat-screen TV and 2 comfortable beds. However, there were a few spiders in their webs under the table and by the window.
In the living-bedroom, there is a large double bed. However, it should be mentioned here that the dimensions of 180x200 cm consist of 2 mattresses. We had only purchased a large fitted sheet in this size. So here you need 2!
It must also be mentioned that the two mattresses have different degrees of hardness and are not the same height.
The dining area and the couch are beautiful. A bottle of water was ready to welcome us, perfect!!
WLAN is available and free of charge.
The balcony, with a beautiful view towards the southern beach, has a sliding fly screen door and a clothes horse.
There is also a table with 4 chairs and a sun umbrella. This is great for breakfast or dinner.
Everything is well thought out and rounds off the impression.
This apartment is fantastic and we would have loved to move in immediately.

Very nice flat with a view of the water

The flat is really nice and everything you need is there. There is also plenty of space. For example, there is enough space on the balcony to sit with 4 people without having to fold in the clothes horse. Unfortunately, the balcony was not clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and seagull droppings. The dishes were a bit thrown together, but that wasn't too bad. Otherwise, as I said, really top and a very good location. We would book it again. Addendum: very friendly agency can only be recommended.

Perfect flat

We liked the flat right away. You feel at home as soon as you enter! Everything is very tastefully furnished. The kitchen in such a small space is ingenious and everything you need is there. The bathroom is very nicely done up.
Nice bed with good, comfortable mattresses. The furniture as a whole is not cheap.
We only used the 2nd room to put our suitcases etc. in. But also this room is nicely furnished; even the second TV is available.
Breakfast on the balcony is wonderful and it's just as nice to end the evening there! If it is cooler, there are even blankets.
All in all, we liked the flat so much that we booked it again for next year!
Many thanks to the flat owners. They helped to make the holiday relaxing!
