The Inselblume 55 is the perfect vacation home with a balcony for you, if you are traveling with 2 to 4 people, a lot of light, a balcony and a particularly short way to the south beach on Fehmarn are especially important to you. In this vacation home, you can also take your dog with you so that you can all enjoy the time at the sea together.
Interior description of the vacation home in the Strandburg
When you enter the large living room of the vacation home, you will look directly at the large window front and the huge balcony, which is just waiting for you to make yourself comfortable there, so you can enjoy the view, the salty sea air and the light. It is perfect for a leisurely breakfast al fresco, a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in the afternoon, or a cool beer or glass of wine in the evening to end the day as the sun slowly turns the sky over the sea red.
You can prepare your breakfast and all other meals in the spacious kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare delicious multi-course meals or just heat up a frozen pizza or a can of ravioli if you feel like something quick and easy.
In addition to the balcony, you can also eat at the dining table in the living room, where you can otherwise comfortably spend time together. Talk, play some board games together, read or watch your favorite TV series or movies.
In the bathroom, a special highlight awaits you. In addition to the large shower, where you can wash off sand and salt water quickly and easily, there is also a bathtub waiting for you in the vacation home, where you can treat yourself to long, hot bubble baths to really unwind and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
At the end of the day, you can snuggle up in either the double bed in the bedroom or the foldaway bed in the living room before sailing off to the land of dreams, waking up the next morning to the sound of the waves and the calls of the seagulls.
Location and exterior description of the FeWo with sea view
The vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the Strandburg, an apartment house where we rent out many vacation homes for their owners. You can reach the apartment comfortably via the large elevator, which makes it easy to transport a lot of luggage or even baby carriages.
In addition to the vacation homes, on the first floor of the house you will also find a bakery where you can get fresh bread and buns for your breakfast, an ice cream parlor and also a small store where you can buy all kinds of things.
In addition, on the beach promenade you will find many beach bars, restaurants, cafés and snack bars, where you can enjoy culinary delights from morning to night.
At the marina, which is also only a few meters away from the beach castle, you can still find the famous water sports school Charchulla, which was already opened in 1975 by the Charchulla twins. Here adults and children can book courses for windsurfing, kiting, sailing and SUPing.
Just a few hundred meters away, you can rent a boat for a little spin even without a boating license, or rent a pedal boat on the south beach.
The south beach itself is partly DLRG supervised, and the water only slowly gets deeper, making it perfect for big and small swimmers. It is also only a few hundred meters to the dog beach. This means that if you bring your dog, he too can enjoy the cool water and sand while romping on the beach.

Location and surroundings of object
Directly on the beach, more sea does not go: the south beach is the most popular bathing beach of the island with fine sand and monitored by the DLRG. The vacation home is located in the apartment house "Die Strandburg" directly on the fine sandy south beach of the sunny island of Fehmarn. To get bread rolls, you only need to use the elevator. At the bakery in the house, you get everything for your breakfast. There is also an ice cream parlor and a beach store in the house.

Alles was ihr für den Urlaub braucht
Die Wohnung ist super. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, maximal 50 Meter und man ist am Strand. Von der Wohnung selber hat man aus der Küche, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer direkten Blick auf die schöne Ostsee. Eine Bäckerei ist unten im Haus. Und der Yachthafen liegt quasi vor der Tür. Morgens von den Möwen geweckt zu werden und die Wellen zu hören...was will man mehr?

Ganz nette Ferienwohnung in der Strandburg
Insgesamt ganz nette, allerdings inzwischen in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft in einem nicht immer ganz sauberen Haus, in dem ein ständiges Komen und Gehen durch Feriengäste besteht, deren An- u. Abreise in schöner Regelmäßigkeit weithin hörbar durch laute Geräusche ihrer Rollkoffer auf Kopfsteinpflaster die nächtliche Ruhe mitunter massiv beeinträchtigen. Wir bereisen Fehmarn seit den 80-er Jahren; vieles hat sich inzwischen verändert, einiges nicht nur zum Vorteil der Insel. Dennoch: wir kommen wieder, ob in die Strandburg, lasse ich mal offen...

Wohnung in schöner Lage
Waren in 2023 nach einigen Jahren mal wieder in dieser Wohnung. Lage am Südstrand sehr schön. 2 Faktoren haben unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt. Einerseits das Surf-Festival mit lauten Begleiterscheinungen bis tief in die Nacht. Parkplatzsuche schwierig, da es keine reservierten Stellplätze gibt. Zum anderen hat das unweit gelegene Hotel Bene zwischenzeitlich wohl eine neue Heizungsanlage erhalten, die rund um die Uhr laut und hochfrequent in Abständen Aufmerksamkeit erregte. Potenzial bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung.

Super Wohnung
Es war dieses Jahr die 3. Ferienwohnung, die wir in der Strandburg gemietet haben und die schönste. Top Lage, sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine - alles vorhanden. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß! Der Service ist wahnsinnig gut. Die erste Wohnung in der Strandburg, bei der es kein Problem war, unsere Koffer ins Vermietungsbüro liefern zu lassen. Alle Anliegen wurden sofort zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great apartment with balcony and parking space in a central location.
We spent 14 days in this great apartment. It is spacious and nicely furnished. Nothing was missing in terms of equipment. And the staff at Inselblume deserves 5 stars from us because of the service. We will see you again next year.

Simply great
With two grandchildren in tow, we spent our vacation on Fehmarn again. The apartment is large, bright, nicely furnished, and great for four people. The beach is almost at our doorstep. Our island bakery is only a few meters away as well. What more could you want. Our children were thrilled again and would love to come back next year. Unfortunately, the prices for accommodations increase every year. Therefore, only 4 stars here.

Apartment in a beautiful location.
We were back in this apartment in 2023 after a few years. The location at the southern beach is very nice. Two factors have affected our stay. On the one hand, the surf festival with loud accompanying effects lasted well into the night. It was difficult to find a parking space as there are no reserved parking spots. On the other hand, the nearby Hotel Bene seems to have received a new heating system that makes loud and high-frequency noise around the clock at intervals, attracting attention. There is potential in terms of cleanliness and equipment.

Everything you need for your holiday.
The apartment is great. Everything you need is available, even a washing machine. The house is very well located, maximum 50 meters and you are at the beach. From the apartment itself, you have a direct view of the beautiful Baltic Sea from the kitchen, bedroom and living room. There is a bakery downstairs in the building. And the marina is practically right outside the door. Being woken up by seagulls in the morning and hearing the waves...what more could you want?

Great apartment.
We spent 14 days in this great apartment. It is large and has a friendly decor. There was nothing missing in the equipment. And due to the service, the employees of Inselblume receive 5 stars from us. We'll see each other again next year.
