The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Even on-site, solutions were found immediately. The burghaus was clean, lovingly furnished, and well-equipped. There are actually no suggestions for improvement, but mosquito nets should be put in front of the windows and the window in the room with the beds should be able to be opened. But that's nitpicking at a high level. Otherwise everything was top-notch 5 stars.

Very nice hosts and very nice team. Everyone is very fond of children and helpful. Everything is new and furnished with attention to detail. Located super centrally to quickly reach all sights. Beautifully quiet. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you.

There are no real suggestions for improvement, but mosquito nets should be placed in front of the windows (mosquitoes) and the window in the room with the beds should be able to be opened. But that's just nitpicking. Otherwise, everything was top-notch – 5 stars.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Selbst vor Ort wurden sofort Lösungen gefunden. Das Burghaus war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Vorschläge zur Verbesserung eigentlich keine, dennoch sollten Netze vor die Fenster ( Mücken) und in dem Zimmer mit den Betten sollte man das Fenster öffnen können. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sonst alles top 5 Sterne

Sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr nettes Team. Alle sind sehr kinderlieb und hilfsbereit. Alles neu und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Liegt super zentral, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen zu können. Schön ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke
