Semi-detached house for max. 4 persons in a quiet location with separate entrance, balcony, bathroom/WC, separate kitchen, with wildly romantic garden with sunbathing lawn and mountain view.
Close to the Zugspitzbahn and bus stop.
Cross-country skiing trail and starting point of many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The last renovation was done in 2022 (also new flat screen TV with 106 cm diagonal)

You can reach many peaks such as Zugspitze, Alpspitze, Kreuzacke, Wank etc. on foot or by mountain railway, as well as many lakes such as Eibsee, Rissersee and Höllental and Partnachklamm gorges.
The royal castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein are in the immediate vicinity.

Great holiday home (semi-detached)

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location, directly on the Hammersbach.
Large garden. Zugspitzbahn in the immediate vicinity, i.e. with the Gästecard
also free of charge, so the car is not absolutely necessary.

Small wooden house in a beautiful environment

Cute little house in a beautiful location, quiet, right on the Hammerbach with a view of the Waxensteine. Good connection to the Zugspitze railway. Good opportunities for dining in the area. Very nice landlords.
