Description
Ortholithi house is newly built around 2010 as a holiday home by Dutch owners. It is located on the densely vegetated slopes of Agios Gordis bay , it is detached with lots of privacy, its sheltered location provides a favourable microclimate with even temperatures.
The house has a living area of 125 m2 with a living room with kitchen( 35 m2), 3 bedrooms(12,12,and 11 m2) and 2 bathrooms. There is a private swimming pool of 32 m2 and several terraces with tables, chairs and sun beds, furthermore there is a carport and a shed.
The furnishing is complete for 6 people with a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. The living room has air conditioning, TV(streaming), DVD player, bluetooth music system, Wifi is available, good coverage for mobile phones.
The bedrooms have sea views and a balcony and are equipped with ceiling fans. Bed linen, bath towels and towel sets available. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and sink and a washing machine is available.
Most of the hot water and electricity is provided by solar energy.
The house is 2 km from the beautiful seaside resort of Agios Gordios with a sandy beach and several restaurants and shops.

Our house is located on the beautiful west coast of Corfu among woods and olive groves 2 km from Agios Gordios a cosy seaside village with a beautiful sandy beach and offers, in addition to a beautiful location, plenty of privacy and comfort .

The access road is steep, downstairs parking is possible, a 4-wheel drive car is advisable but not strictly necessary (see also youtube video Corfu acces road). There is a hostess for check-in and check-out and in case of problems.
