Description
This family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful holiday village of Karda Beach. The holiday complex is located in a magnificent centuries-old olive grove on the beach of Dassia and is an ideal starting point for excursions to discover the island of Corfu. The resort borders the crystal-clear sea with a shallow beach, making it ideal for families with small children. Your children can let off steam all day in the playground or by the pool. There is also entertainment and sports for adults. In addition to a swimming pool, the resort also has a restaurant, a mini-market, a bakery, coin-operated washing machines and water sports on the beach. Wifi is available in the holiday complex.
The mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including at least 1 child under 12 years/60kg). The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. The bench in the living area can be converted into an additional sleeping area if required. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a gas hob. The bathroom is equipped with a WC, a shower and a washbasin. The wooden terrace with table, chairs and a pavilion invites you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning is available. Bed linen, travel cot and high chair can be hired (to be pre-booked at least 7 days before arrival). An electric barbecue is available at the mobile home. The journey time from Corfu harbour/airport is approx. 30 minutes. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-6.09.24 the minimum length of stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The beach is easily accessible via a subway directly from the holiday village. The pebble beach is gently sloping and therefore ideal for families with children. The beach has a free section and a section where sunbeds and parasols can be hired. The following water sports are also available to guests (for a fee): Paragliding, water skiing and windsurfing.
POOL
There is a lovely pool with a separate area for children. Sun loungers by the pool can be hired.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
There is a playground for children where they can let off steam and make new friends. There is also a separate area in the pool where children can splash around. A travel cot or high chair can be hired if required (please reserve when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
On the beach you can try out various water sports activities such as paragliding, water skiing or windsurfing. Bicycles can also be hired just 400 metres from the holiday village, allowing you and your family to explore the island of Corfu on two wheels. In the high season, you can also take part in the entertainment programme of the neighbouring hotel "Elea Beach Hotel".
SHOPPING
In the mini market of the holiday village you have the possibility to buy groceries and articles of daily use. You will also find other shopping facilities just a few minutes' walk from the holiday village.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge, allowing you to cook for yourself if you wish. If you want to indulge in culinary delights during your holiday, you can of course also try out the various specialities in the holiday village restaurant. The restaurant also offers a take-away service, so you can enjoy your meal on the terrace of your mobile home.
PETS
One pet of max. 35 kg is welcome upon notification at the time of booking. The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros if a dog is brought along. If everything is in order on departure, the tenant will be refunded 100 euros of the deposit and 20 euros will be retained for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
Thanks to its excellent location, Karda Beach is the perfect place to discover the island of Corfu. The holiday village is right next to the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. You will also find restaurants, shops and places to go out within walking distance.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The holiday complex is located on the edge of the small town of Dassia, an ideal starting point for discovering the island of Corfu. Just a few kilometres away, for example, is the charming monastery island where the Vlacherna Monastery is located. Here you can relax and enjoy the marvellous view. If you are interested in the history of Corfu, the Achillion Palace historical monument is about 30 minutes away. Of course, you can also simply take a trip to the beautiful city of Corfu, which is just a few kilometres from Dassia. In the city of Corfu, you can take a leisurely stroll through the old town with the whole family, treat yourself to an ice cream or try out one of the many restaurants. If you like, you can also see the town from a horse-drawn carriage. You can also take a tour from the harbour town on board the Calypso Star. It sails to the north coast of the offshore island of Vídos and stops there to show guests a show with trained sea lions. But that's not the only attraction. Large glass panes are embedded in the hull of the ship so that fish can also be seen while travelling slowly. In the middle of the green island centre, near the village of Ágios Ioánnis, lies the older of the two Corfiot water parks, Aqualand, a fun pool for young and old. Surrounded by sunbathing lawns, several freshwater pools invite you to splash around and swim. Numerous giant slides promise a fast-paced ride.
