Description
Our cozy cottage can be found in a calm and green Ferienhauspark in Ouddorp "AAN ZEE". It is about 900 meters from the beach. Next to the park there is a very big beautiful secure playground "De Flipjes".
Our house can accommodate 4 people + 1 infant. From the hall you reach our well-equipped kitchenette with 4 ring gas stove, coffee maker, small oven grill and dishwasher and adjoining dining room, from which they pass directly into the living area with a couch. From the living room leads through a sliding glass door on our
"24 Hours sun terrace".
The garden includes 1 table, 4 chairs and parasol. Smoking only outdoors. The living room has a flat screen TV and a stereo with CD player. There is also a shelf where board games and books are. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the upper area are the 2 Schlafraüme with 2 double beds (2x2m), 1 cot, 1 spare bed and a toilet with sink.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a very quiet holiday park "Jonkerstee". The beach is about 900m along a footpath. A cycle track is located on Park and the 100 m enfernte large playground, which is open during the summer months from Monday semen (admission).
The center of Ouddorp is about 10 minutes walk away. Changeover Day is Saturday.

Dogs on request. Ouddorp lies between Renesse and Rotterdam, with its own port on the Grevelingenmeer. Ouddorp is a cozy village with shops, boutiques and restaurants. The town lies on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, the northernmost of the Zealand islands. The island is known for its mild and sunny climate. The Brouwersdam and Kabbelaarsbank at Port Zelande are famous in Germany as a windsurfing spot. Bike rental in town. In Stellendam a subtropical leisure pool is "t Boteringestraat" with waterslide. Ouddorp is very centrally located; from there you can quickly reach the places: Goedereede, Renesse, Zierikzee. More information and brochures can be obtained from VVV in Ouddorp.

A beautiful vacation!
We have traveled to Zeeland many times and this time we chose Ouddorp in South Holland. It is a great and cozy house, plus it has a small, private garden. There is a modern kitchen with everything you need for daily use. We found the house well-designed and felt very comfortable. The typical steep staircase is equipped with a railing, so our son (3) was well protected. After a few times going up and down the stairs, you get used to it. The beds were also good. There’s nothing to complain about here. The best part is that you can walk to the beach in just about 10 minutes. We think Ouddorp has the most beautiful beaches in the whole area. There is so much to experience here; my husband surfs and gets his money's worth. We did an alpaca hike on the beach with the kids. It's a must to visit A Seal, the seal rescue station, and of course to enjoy the beaches extensively while we are here.
We had a wasp problem during our stay, but the really very nice landlord resolved it quite quickly. Thank you very much for that! We also got to know the park owners in that situation; here too, the friendliness and promptness are worth mentioning.
We would love to come back here!

Beautiful holiday cottage. Very quiet location. Everything you need is available.
The beach is not far and it's only a few minutes by bike to the city center. We had 4 nice holiday days and would love to come back.
