Well-kept holiday cottage located on a natural plot near the beach and shopping possibilities. There is a sauna for relaxation after a long walk on the beach. Short distance to various sights, e.g. Legoland, Givskud Zoo or a trip to Ribe, the oldest town in Scandinavia. No letting to youth groups.

The proximity to the beach (just a short walk),
The house is a bit outdated,
The lighting in the rooms is very sparse due to old light bulbs (not LED),
The TV remote control was very unresponsive despite new batteries,

The size was great for 2 people. If you are there with children, you have a huge area in front of the house to play football or similar. It is indeed a large property. (There were two swings and a trampoline there). The location is great - not far from the beach or shopping and yet very quiet. You only have a direct view of another house, so it is very secluded. The terrace is large, with a grill etc. available (which we did not use as it was winter). The house was equipped with everything we needed. (We had taken can opener, corkscrew, hairdryer, etc. just in case - we could leave everything in the bag). There was even a pre-activated Netflix account.
