Description
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with island and a living room with sofa, a double bedroom with bathroom, a laundry room, a bathroom, an indoor swimming pool and a sauna.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with a French bed and one with twin beds, possibly double), a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with double shower head. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside there is a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage corner and solarium with sun loungers. The villa is also equipped with a column for recharging electric cars.
Two kilometres away is Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital, where you will find excellent restaurants. A 20-minute drive takes you to the sea at Fano with free beaches or beaches equipped with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, children's games and bar-restaurant.
