This beautiful building has recently been given a makeover and is suitable for both business and leisure purposes. The added asset? That is the wheelchair accessibility. Hostess Els is a wheelchair user herself and has equipped the house with ample parking space, wide doorways, barrier-free routes, adapted tables, a bed on high legs, a raised toilet and kitchen facilities at an adapted height.
It is located 1 km from the center of Houthalen, 2 km from the motorway and along the cycle route network (near junction 316). This makes it an excellent choice for lovers of walking and cycling. The indoor/outdoor playground Tarzan & Jane is 600 m from the house.
You can prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living room has a homely atmosphere with books, magazines, candles and craft supplies. There is room for the car in the garage and you have the option to charge bicycles. In addition, there are plenty of fun games available.

Big country house with 3 bedrooms (2 double person beds & single person bed). Big living room with plenty of light due to big windows. Big kitchen. In the bathroom there was a bath & 2 sinks, but no shower. Nice garden.
The house is designed to accommodate also people with disabilities.
Very quiet neighborhood.
Very nice owner, center of the village less then 1 km with plenty of shops & restaurants. Many nice places to visit within 25km, we like walking in the nature.

The owner is very nice and the village center is less than 1 km away with plenty of shops and restaurants. Many nice places to visit within a 25 km radius, and we enjoy walking in nature.
