The duplex consists of 2 floors and is only accessible by stairs, there is no elevator.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The bedrooms are accessible via a staircase from the living room. Safety rails can be placed at the stairs upon request.
From the living room, you can go to the terrace and enjoy the view on the woods.

The holiday home Fijnspar 108 is cozy and comfortably furnished, recently completely renovated, equipped with free wifi and cable TV, and has all the amenities in the kitchen.
For example, cooking on induction, oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, but also a toaster, blender, and grill device, to cook and enjoy delicious meals together.
• For both younger and older children, there are games, coloring pages, and puzzles provided, and there is a variety of DVDs for when the weather doesn't cooperate.
• The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, we can install (upon request) a stair gate (free of charge).
• We can provide (upon request and free of charge) a travel cot for children up to 2 years old and a high chair.
• At 50 meters, there is a small playground with a slide for the little ones.
• At 250 meters, there is a larger playground with climbing equipment and other devices, as well as a basketball court, ping-pong table, volleyball court, and the forest for fun soup adventures and long walks.
• The sandy beach by the lake is a 10-minute walk away.
• Bed linen and towel sets are included in the price.
• In the "coffee corner," there is both a filter coffee machine and a Senseo machine, and we have provided a small stock so you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee right away after maybe a long journey. Of course, there is also a kettle and tea for a delicious cup of tea.
• The heated and fenced pool is also about 250 meters away and is open between June 15 and September 15.
• There are hiking trails through the forest just 2 minutes away.
• The holiday home is centrally located between Genk, Hasselt, and Maastricht, making it also ideal for relaxing after a long day of shopping, cultural activities, or exploring the city.
• The karting track, the kartodrome in Genk, is only 10 minutes away from our apartment.
