There is a large room with a table for communal dining, playing, painting, crafting, etc., and in the living room, a table for 4 people for a cozy smaller number of guests. The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower. The sleeping rooms have beds of a pleasant size and comfortable mattresses; additionally, various types of pillows are available. The house is located in a very quiet residential area. The upper sleeping rooms are accessed via a relatively steep staircase, which could pose an obstacle or danger for people with limited mobility or rambunctious small children. Nevertheless, it is a special and highly recommended house with space for communal activities, but also with opportunities for retreat. The large utility room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a drying rack for drying laundry, is also a positive aspect.
