The living area is approx. 60 sqm. 1 living room with satellite TV and large corner couch. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with
1 bed (1,40m), bathroom with shower and WC. 1 kitchen with ceramic hob, small oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster ..., 1 hallway with dining table and corner bench, wardrobe. 1 covered terrace with garden furniture, charcoal grill is available.

The holiday home is located on the southern shore of Lake Malchin, which has a size of about 14 square kilometres. The bathing area is about 50 m from the holiday home. The lake has a large shallow water area and is therefore suitable for children. Directly at the bathing area is a restaurant with an outdoor terrace and playground. The holiday home is in the first row of 16 holiday homes. The grounds are enclosed. It borders on a small camping site.
