The holiday home is located near the south beach with a direct view of the dunes of the "Greune-Stee" nature reserve. The beach, shopping facilities and the stop of the Borkumer Kleinbahn are within walking distance. The centre is also only 2 km away.

The holiday home was built in 2009 and renovated in 2018.
The joint-stock company "EMS" sails with its white fleet from Emden or the Dutch Eemshaven to Borkum.
The journey time from Emden's Borkumkai is about 2 hours 15 minutes by ferry, by catamaran (fast ship) only about 60 minutes. From the pier in Eemshaven it takes about 60 minutes to get to the island. Car parking reservations as well as catamaran seats should be booked in advance.
