We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday flat.
The 3-room flat with 85 sqm is located in the best quiet location on the island, but still convenient for traffic. The high-quality furnishing offers space for up to 6 people and was equipped with allergy-friendly materials.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. The flat has been awarded 4 stars**** by the German Tourism Association.
The flat is located on the upper floor of a four-apartment house
it has a sheltered balcony facing south-west and its own small garden with a barbecue area. There is also a storage room for bicycles brought along or rented on the island.
You will find your own parking space with carport in the courtyard.
You live in Borkum Südstrand near the Greune Stee nature reserve. The fine sandy beach is about
500 m away.
The island train stop at Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg is about 50 m away.
You can reach the centre of the island on foot in about 30 minutes, by bike in 10 minutes or by island train in 5 minutes.
The nearest bakery is only a 3-minute walk away, and the nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away. For our younger guests, there is a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
We wish you a wonderful holiday in the fresh sea air, sunbathing on the fine sandy beach, hiking through the nearby nature reserve or endless bicycle tours on the well-developed paths through the dunes of the island.
We have equipped our holiday flat as we always wanted it to be in the flats we rented in the past. Families with small and also with big children should feel comfortable here.

Dining area with table and chairs for 6 persons, children's high chair.
Open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, exhaust bonnet, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, waffle iron and raclette dishes, cutlery and glasses are available for 12 people

Location and surroundings of object
You can travel comfortably by train or by car and ferry. The ferry connection from Emden to Borkum takes about 2 1/2 hours and is about 50km. The crossing from Eemshaven to Borkum takes 55 minutes and is about 15km.

Once you arrive at the Borkum ferry port, you can reach the holiday flat as follows:
By car, drive along Reedestraße for about 5 km. After you have passed the entrance to Borkum, you will see a branch of the Sparkasse bank on the right-hand side. Just opposite, turn left into Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg. Follow the road. After crossing the railway crossing without a barrier, turn left into Kiebitzdelle-Dünen. Take the first courtyard entrance on the right, drive past the house to the parking spaces and park in the far right parking space under the carport.
Take the island train to the first stop Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg. Cross the tracks and walk to the next crossroads. Here you turn left into the street Kiebitzdelle-Dünen. The first house on the right is already your holiday home. At a distance of 55 kilometres from the East Frisian mainland lies Borkum, the North Sea island with a high-sea climate, a recognised spa and a charming island town with a wide range of cultural activities all in one.
Borkum is the westernmost and, at 36 square kilometres, largest of the seven East Frisian Islands in the southern North Sea. Due to the Gulf Stream, the island has a moderate climate, not very hot in summer and not very cold in winter. Due to its high seas location, the island is particularly low in pollen and iodine.

Cancellation terms:
- Der pauschale Anspruch auf Rücktrittsentschädigung beträgt in der Regel pro Aufenthalt bei Rücktritt: bis 45 Tage vor Reisebeginn 15%, vom 44. bis zum 30. Tag 50% und ab dem 29. Tag 90% des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises. Unabhängig von der Höhe des Reisepreises und dem Rücktrittstermin betragen die Stornogebühren mindestens 26,00 € pro Aufenthalt.

The flat is available from 5 pm on the day of arrival and must be left clean and tidy by 10 am on the day of departure. Arrival and departure on Saturdays, outside holidays also by arrangement.
The minimum rental period is 7 nights. For bookings of less than 7 nights, a short stay surcharge of € 120.00 will be charged.
In the winter season (85,00 €) the costs are only included for a rental period of 2 weeks or more.
For long-term bookings (more than 3 weeks) in the winter season, rental price reductions are granted by arrangement!
