LIVING ON TWO LEVELS in our non-smoking house.
On the ground floor, our accommodation offers you a large hallway with wardrobe, shoe bench and seating area. A separate WC with shower is of course also accessible via the hallway. Through the hallway you enter the wonderful light-flooded kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and has everything you need. In addition to the cooker and dishwasher, you have a Nespresso machine, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and much more. Of course, all the necessary glassware is also sorted through. You sit at a large dining table with chairs by Vitra, in this case the Panton Chair. The living area has modern TV, WLAN, music system . Whether a small reading area or a spacious seating area, both provide sufficient relaxation.
From the living area you can access the terrace, which is of course equally equipped, table in solid wood with armchairs by P. Starck in grey-blue.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house. The larger bedroom also has a desk and a reading chair. Both rooms have TV equipment and can be completely darkened via roller blinds; this also applies to the skylight. The beds are of high quality - as are the entire bedroom furnishings and are of course washed after each change of tenants. Bed linen and towels are also available and of high quality; including bathrobes.
The second large daylight bright shower room with WC also has a washing machine with dryer.
The staircase is bright and openly connects both floors.
The garden is enclosed and offers sufficient shelter and small seating areas provide for your relaxation. In the evening, you can barbecue or simply reflect on the eventful day by the fire basket. Of course, the garden furniture is of the highest quality! The beach chair is also equipped with many cushions and blankets, and all garden cushions and blankets are washed every time the tenants change. Including parasol, sun loungers made of solid wood with cushions and side tables made of solid wood. The planting and design of the garden are convincing in taste and ensure well-being.
The private parking space for your car is located directly next to the house on the private property.

Dream Holiday
We spent an absolutely wonderful holiday here. 10 days were definitely too short! The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. The entire furnishing is very lovingly designed and conveys a feeling of security. Fresh flowers in every room and "bedtime snacks" (chocolate on the bedside table) awaited us along with a welcome drink. Our dog (Golden Retriever) also felt at home right away. Many important tips for excursions etc. can be found in a folder compiled by the hostess. Next year we will definitely come again, it is worth the 1000 km journey. (Mr. and Mrs. Tobolla)
Arrived and the holiday begins
The super friendly landlady welcomed us personally and showed us everything. The house is: 5 years old and freshly renovated. Furnished with a lot of attention to detail and very, very clean. Everything smelled fresh and inviting. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The technical equipment is super and of high quality. Two bathrooms are very practical. The garden is an idyllic retreat. The lovingly decorated terrace is enclosed by a hedge and invites you to sunbathe or relax on the beach chair. We used the brick coal barbecue and enjoyed our evening meal with a sundowner. Conclusion, it is certainly not a cheap accommodation, but the equipment, the cleanliness, the hospitality and also the location are worth every euro! This was not the last holiday here! Extraordinary, a real Fehmarn pearl!
The all-round WELFARE PACKAGE! It smells when you enter, cleanliness is everywhere, even the pots are polished! The bed linen and beds are hygienically clean and smell great, as do the many towels.Lots of attentions and fresh flowers everywhere.

The best holiday home we have ever had...
Very clean holiday home with extensive facilities, many beautiful details, great garden with plenty of seating and lying options and many nice extras. Nothing was missing.
