Welcome to our newly renovated flat "Ostseepier" in house G in the holiday park, on the 2nd floor.
The flat has a living space of 45 sqm.
In the entrance area of our high-quality furnished holiday flat you will find the spacious kitchen area with 4-plate cooker (ceramic hob), oven and dishwasher. The other equipment includes the fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, Cafissimo capsule machine, kettle, toaster and enough crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Opposite the kitchenette is a spacious wardrobe with enough room for jackets and shoes. There are individual compartments for other small items.
The open living area has a cosy sofa corner with a large TV and internet radio. The dining area for four people is located directly by the window.
The separate bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and TV has an outside window with blinds and enough cupboard space. In the separate children's room there is a bunk bed with two sleeping places (90x200 cm each) and a window to the living area, which can be darkened by a blind. In addition, there is the possibility of folding out a small workstation in the children's room.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a small storage cupboard.
All rooms have high-quality vinyl flooring.
The flat is suitable for max. 4 persons. It is a non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed. Free wi-fi is available.
Two comfortable chairs with cushions and a table are available for the balcony. The existing awning or the blind can be extended as sun protection. For drying bathing clothes in summer, a clothes horse with sufficient clips is available.
You must bring your own bed linen and towels or they can be booked in advance for a fee. Free parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers at the holiday park.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the Ostsee-Ferienpark Heiligenhafen. The beach is approx. 300 m from the house and can be reached quickly by a short walk along the promenade.
Directly adjacent to the holiday park is the "Aktiv-Hus" with swimming pool, sauna and wellness area and a children's play area. There is also a bakery, a small shop for daily needs and a launderette. Various shops and restaurants as well as a bicycle and pedal car rental service are also located here.

Toll!!
Es war einfach toll. Sofort hatten wir das Gefühl von "nach Hause kommen". Super eingerichtete und gemütliche Wohnung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Very satisfied
Very nice owners, and very accommodating. The vacation rental is cozy, very clean, and well-equipped, it corresponds to the pictures. Sufficient dishes, pots, and cutlery are available. Small but sufficient bathroom, with plenty of storage space. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, an elevator is available, so it is also suitable for seniors and people with disabilities. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
There is a lot to explore on the property, also great offers for children, playgrounds, go-karts, indoor playground, and bike rental to explore the area. A laundromat is on the grounds, as well as restaurants and a small shop. The beach is within walking distance. Various leisure activities are offered, e.g. surfing lessons, sailing courses. There are plenty of grocery stores in town that are open on Sundays.

Great apartment near the beach
This apartment is very individual and of high quality, as can be seen from the detailed photos. Especially the kitchen is excellently equipped. Everything is functionally coordinated. Another plus is the short distance to the beach, the bakery, and various restaurants.
So the price-performance ratio is top!
We would love to come back!

Comfortable/At ease
We felt very comfortable and would love to spend our vacation there again anytime. The apartment is very nice, well furnished and everything was clean. We didn't miss anything. I almost always have problems with my back because the mattresses are not so good. I had no complaints here.
The facility is very well maintained and everything is kept very clean.
It was a short walk to the beach and there are bakers and restaurants nearby.
You can start many beautiful bike tours there, as there are many bike paths.
We really enjoyed our holiday in Heiligenhafen.
One thing could perhaps be improved.
It would be nice if there was a mirror where you could see yourself entirely.
And the shower is very small. But you can arrange with it, as everything else was good.

Recreational vacation
From the first moment on, we felt comfortable in the apartment. The layout of the furnishings is very well-thought-out and practical, and we didn't miss anything. We were positively struck by the quietness of the apartment, we couldn't hear anything from the neighbors. The proximity to the beach is awesome. We brought our bikes and took very beautiful trips from there. We will be on vacation in the apartment more often.

Beautiful, well-equipped holiday flat
There is really nothing lacking in this lovingly and very modernly furnished holiday flat. Every corner of this little oasis is perfectly planned and furnished and yet nothing seems cluttered here. Everything fits together perfectly and radiates comfort. We will be very happy to come here again - and then definitely for a little longer :-))))
