Maybe more information for the residents. For example: - where to put the bicycles. - where to dispose of the trash (no visible trash cans) - where parking is allowed/can be done during the construction.

Install fly screens. Repair of the 2nd bedroom window. The cushions were, in our opinion, way too thick. Thank you for the lovely stay/contact and for allowing us to stay longer in the apartment!

Expand the equipment in the kitchen. Above all, new current pots should be purchased. A shelf for the shower products should be installed in the shower.
