This detached holiday home is located on a 4-hectare estate, 4 km from the village of Cotignac (in the Var). It is surrounded by oak, pine and olive trees and you can stay comfortably with family and friends. There is a private heated swimming pool for enjoying the relaxing dips.

There is plenty to do in the region. You can canoe, pedal boat and surf at Lake Sainte Croix and the famous Gorges du Verdon. The luxurious Saint Tropez and various Mediterranean beaches are located 65 km from the accommodation and a visit to the immediate vicinity offers interesting sights, such as the waterfalls of Sillan (6 km) and the beautiful Salerne (15 km) with its characteristic terracotta tiles.

This former sheepfold from the 18th century was restored in 2000 and offers guests a combination of an authentic atmosphere with contemporary comfort. Relax in the pool and prepare your favourite dishes surrounded by nature in the outdoor kitchen. In the garden, you can relax or enjoy your favourite drink. At the terrace, you can enjoy the mesmerizing view of the surrounding. The electric heating will keep the house warm in winters. Kids have a high chair and children's bed. There is a charging port for the electric cars.

We, 6 adults 1 child and 1 baby enjoyed our stay in the fold. The house is well equipped and beautifully located in the woods. It was a delicious breakfast on the terrace and fine rest at the pool (extra reassuring that there is a children's pool alarm is present), we have also found small villages that are worth visiting. Perhaps a small minus for us was the lack of a cot .. that saves us tremendously in the luggage. Keep it up and hopefully in the future greetings from the families Huygen, Peters and Thijs Bilzen (Limburg, Belgium)

The house has a wonderful location, just around nature and tranquility. The top facilities, all there. Even beach towels for the pool and towels for bathroom.Breakfast house is very tastefully eingerichtet.Das house is very well shaded by the many trees, the pool is a bit away from the house on a beautiful sunny Platz.Mit small children I would not recommend the house. (Pool, slope of the house, steep stone stairs in the house). To receive homemade cake, a bottle of champagne in the fridge and fresh fruit and fresh flowers on the table. Have we as a very nice touch empfunden.Das house caretaker couple is very nice, only speaks French and lives far away from the house (directions about 1 hour). If an urgent problem (we had none) show up, this is probably not going to solve the short term. To use a mobile phone, you have to drive almost to the village of Cotignac.

Bergerie Caseneuve is a dream house. The pictures on the website show the ambience good weather. Cosy, great location, all the freedom to use a fine companion to live as "God in France". The welcome was warm and the house was as "a way transferred, that you feel welcome and at home. Flowers on the table, bottle of wine from the estate, linen packages in the colors of the bedrooms, absolutely af.Keerzijde the remote place is that you do need a car to go somewhere to go. For us it was no problem.

We were looking for a dream location where each family would feel at ease. We have found in Cotignac. Together with our children and granddaughter we have enjoyed include the comfortable interior, both in-house and outside on the terraces. We also made good use of the exposed and protected zwembad.Onze kitchen princesses were very pleased with the equipment of the kitchen. This part of Provence we did not know so we have the more enjoyed the trips in the beautiful surroundings. There was a lot of documentation on the entire area. Our sports enthusiasts could enjoy themselves (from the house).

We returned this year for the third time back to the Bergerie Caseneuve. The house is beautifully decorated and offers all the comfort. The kitchen is super equipped for those who like to cook during the holidays. Everything, home, garden, terrace and swimming pool, is very well maintained. The house is quite isolated, but this offers the peace to which we love so much. The beautiful village of Cotignac is a 5 minute drive away and offers all possibilities for shopping. The area offers many activities are possible. The fine OFIICE Tourist Information Cotignac can help to make a choice. Bergerie Caseneuve is the ideal place for a quiet holiday with family or friends.
