Description

On the 1st floor: (Living room(2x single sofa bed, TV), Kitchen(hob(ceramic), coffee machine(filter), microwave, dishwasher, fridge), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet), balcony)

On the 2nd floor: (bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed))

This nice maisonette is located in the three-star Le Petit Pont residence. It is located 1.5 km from the centre of the versatile village of Hourtin and directly on the freshwater Hourtin-Carcans lake.

This duplex apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished. On the first floor, the apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV and a kitchenette that is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher. Here you will also find the bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

Outside, the apartment has a balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for one car near the apartment.

In Résidence Le Petit Port, you can book various comfortable studios and apartments for two to six people.
