On the 1st floor: (bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin))

This nice maisonette is located in the three-star Le Petit Pont residence. It is located 1.5 km from the centre of the versatile village of Hourtin and directly on the freshwater Hourtin-Carcans lake.

This maisonette is neatly and comfortably furnished. On the first floor the maisonette has a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV and a kitchenette that is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher. You will also find a separate toilet here. On the second floor the maisonette has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and sink.

Outside, the maisonette has a terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for one car near the apartment.

In Résidence Le Petit Port, you can book various comfortable studios and apartments for two to six people.
