Our lovingly furnished holiday flat has a living-dining area, a bedroom with double bed,
a home office corner, a daylight bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a fully automatic coffee machine - for that good-mood coffee in the morning.
The flat is self-contained and accessible via the staircase of the detached house.
Your temporary holiday home awaits you on the 2nd floor, which has been furnished in a modern style but still retains the old character of the house through the open wooden beams

For excursions around the Neuseenland, the bicycle or e-bike is ideal for discovering nature with all your senses.
You can park your bicycles under our bicycle canopy on the property and recharge them free of charge at the available power outlets.
A cosy seating area in the garden invites you to linger in nature. The proximity to Leipzig city centre, New Zealand and the adjacent forest makes our holiday flat the ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

Due to the proximity to the Cospuden and Markkleenger lakes, the wildlife park or the AGRA Park, our small holiday flat is an ideal starting point for a bike or boat tour, a walk or for extensive hikes in nature. In addition to relaxation and recreation at the lake, you can also reach Leipzig's city centre with its variety of cultural and sporting activities in just a few minutes. There is a supermarket, bakery, restaurant and public transport in the immediate vicinity.

Cancellation terms:
Additional information about the rental price: The rental price includes bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels. When booking, the deposit (30%) must be transferred within 7 days. Only after receiving the payment the reservation is confirmed. Cancellation policy: You will receive the transferred booking amount minus a cancellation fee of 30% if you cancel the booking at least 10 days before the planned check-in. If you cancel up to 4 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of the paid booking amount minus the cancellation fee back, and for cancellations less than 4 days before check-in, there is no refund.
additional information:
Starting January 01, 2025, an accommodation tax must be paid in Markkleeberg. This means we are obligated to additionally collect 5% of the vacation property price per paid overnight stay in trust and remit it to the city. This applies regardless of whether the overnight stay is for private or business purposes.

Great accommodation
The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and dedication. Everything is in place for a beautiful, relaxing vacation. You can confidently leave the car behind. You can easily get everywhere by bike or public transport.

Very nice vacation apartment
Very clean and furnished with loving details. Bicycles were provided free of charge. Short walk to the train station. Ideally located for visits to Leipzig and for swimming/active holidays around the nearby lakes. Great all-round package!

Very nice small holiday apartment :)
We rented this beautiful holiday apartment "zur Dachjuchhe" for a family visit to Leipzig. The apartment under the roof is cozy and lovingly furnished. Ideal for 2 people, everything you need is there... Highlight: a coffee machine :) The location is great: with the bike, the city center and the surrounding countryside with the lakes can be reached quickly. Also great is the storage and charging possibility for our bicycles. Very nice and accommodating host family!
