Located in the Valentin Plage residence, this apartment is an ideal location for a successful summer holiday in the so-called ''Côte Sauvage'' near the bay of La Baule. The small, enclosed and green domain (2 ha) consists of a monumental main building and three annexes (without lift).

The apartment is located on the ground floor or first floor (see side) and furnished in a pleasant way. The living room features a double sofa bed and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. In addition, the apartment has a sleeping cabin with a bunk bed and an extra double bed in the living room or a mezzanine with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and toilet.

Outside, you will find a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general car park.

Unclear in advance whether you have a double bed or a sofa bed.

Everything is quite small, cramped.
