Beautifully located and large garden with a very nice terrace
A lovingly furnished house with a wonderful view of the bay. The landlords were very friendly, and there is a lot to see in the area. One week was far too short!

Southern Brittany in the mild sunny autumn
very good starting point for coastal hikes, into the marshes of Brière, into the salt marshes of Guerande, along the banks of the Vilaine
at high tide, the Atlantic flows into a large bay that resembles a tidal flat at low tide, where the Breton blue-and-white-granite-slate house stands; in the region, oysters and mussels are cultivated; La Pointe du Bile is a popular starting point for "peche a pied" (shore fishing); beach vacation in the summer is very possible a bit further north, at the magnificent beach of La Mine d'Or
the windows of the house face east towards the bay, waking you up with the rising sun; in autumn and winter, this area and the large meadow garden with pine trees are shaded in the evening, but in autumn, you're usually in the house in the evenings

Great large holiday home by the sea with beach and garden
We intentionally booked the very spacious property for "only" 4 adults at the end of June - mid-July 2015, so that each person had their own personal retreat in addition to the common areas. The location of the house is fantastic as described, the 3000 sqm garden (fenced) is a sight to behold. The house and terrace are fully equipped. A private staircase leads down from the garden to the bay. In terms of... The bathing options should be mentioned as they depend on the tides, as the bay has no water at low tide. Swimming opportunities are limited by this (+/- 2 hours before and after high tide), but were still sufficient in my opinion. During the "waterless" time, you can take a nice walk, search for shells, or ride in the bay. The landlord was very friendly and extremely reliable. The prices are fair in my opinion for what is offered. The holiday property is highly recommended overall.
We rented this large house from the end of June until mid-July 2015 for four people with the intention that each person would have their own bedroom. The rental is beautifully located with a splendid view of the bay. The beautiful 3000 square meter garden is completely fenced. The house and the large terrace are very well equipped. You can go directly from the garden to the bay via a private staircase. As the water completely recedes during low tide, you can only swim during high tide (+/- 2 hours). During low tide, you can walk around the bay, look for seashells, or go horseback riding.
The landlord was very kind and absolutely correct.
The rent requested is absolutely fair.
