A very clean and well-equipped apartment, we lacked nothing; the garden is great, especially with a dog. Tinnum is very centrally located, you can reach Westerland in a few minutes on foot. We will definitely come back.

This apartment is simply top-notch. From the furnishings to the Christmas decorations, just great. The garden is also not to be forgotten; in the summer, you can surely sit there wonderfully. There is never anything missing—dishes, glasses, dishwasher tabs, foil, etc.—everything is always available. The location of the apartment is super; you are in a few minutes at grocery stores and in 10 minutes directly in Westerland in the city.

A very beautiful, clean, super-equipped vacation apartment. Perfect with a dog! Nice, safe garden for our Labrador female, who enjoyed the vacation on the beautiful island of Sylt just as much as we did. This was definitely not the last time for us on Sylt, and also in this apartment.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, tastefully furnished, and has a great garden (perfectly fenced). The location is central, so you can reach all directions well and quickly. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and there is really nothing missing - especially in the kitchen's equipment! The apartment also has a subtle personal touch, so you feel very comfortable from the very beginning! The beds/mattresses are very good, the master bedroom is spacious. The garden is beautifully landscaped and is certainly a little oasis of tranquility in the warm season. The location of the apartment was perfect for us - 2 people with a dog! The morning walk with the dog to Tinnum Castle was wonderful; shops for daily needs are relatively close by. We found the apartment very clean, and the smooth and exceptionally professional handling by Könemann GmbH contributed to a completely relaxed vacation.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and an ideal starting point for walks with and without a dog. Westerland with beach and grocery store is easily reachable on foot, and everything else is quickly accessible by car on short routes. We would love to come back.

A excellently equipped, very clean, and attractively furnished and decorated holiday apartment at a fair price. Beach vacationers have to accept a slightly longer walk (1.4 km). Cyclists have a very good starting point for all directions of the island. We also enjoyed the garden very much, which is not only beautifully landscaped but also invites relaxation. Our dogs could romp around in it without breaking out. We really enjoyed the vacation and can only recommend the holiday apartment. By the way, there were vacationers in the upper holiday apartment at the same time, whom we hardly heard at all.

This vacation apartment is the best we have experienced so far! It is a very beautiful, modern, clean, cozy, and perfectly located vacation apartment. The spacious and modern kitchen offered everything one could wish for. We have never experienced such modern kitchen appliances and so much like-new dishes and cutlery in a vacation rental. The washing machine and dryer complete the perfect ensemble. The location of the apartment was genius for us. From there, you can explore the island in all directions. There are various shopping options in close proximity, but no noise disturbance. The garden is very well-maintained and perfect for dogs, as it is enclosed everywhere. The landlords have decorated the apartment so lovingly for Christmas that we felt at home from the very first minute. We have never experienced such warmth; we are totally thrilled and happy to have chosen this apartment. Thank you also to Mr. Könemann for the nice contact when booking this dream vacation apartment. The apartment left nothing to be desired; ideal for dog owners with a slightly larger dog. We felt very, very comfortable and left for home with a heavy heart. We are already looking forward to the next vacation.

We spent two weeks in the apartment with our two shepherd dogs. We have been using vacation rentals at least twice a year for 20 years. Only once have we come across an apartment that was similarly well thought out and well equipped, and this one was also used by the landlord themselves. Even dog bowls were provided. :-) The garden is large and very well maintained. It is enclosed by a beautiful high stone wall, so the dogs are really safe and cannot run away. There is also a large table and very comfortable chairs in the garden. South side, so that we have even sat outside in April. The nearest supermarket can actually be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The walk to the city center of Westerland takes about 15 minutes (with a dog). You can also walk well to the nearest dog beach. However, there are so many beautiful dog beaches on Sylt that you should definitely consider the car or bicycles with a trailer. One should definitely take a drag line or flexi-leash, as there is generally a leash requirement at some dog beaches. We and our dogs really enjoyed the vacation and the stay in the beautiful apartment.

Good morning, we felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. There was really nothing missing.. it is furnished with a lot of love. The garden is fenced, which is great with dogs. There were even dog bowls there. We would love to come back.

The garden is large and very well kept. It is fenced in with a nice high stone wall, so that the dogs are really safe and cannot run away.
There is also a large table and very comfortable chairs in the garden. South-facing, so we even sat outside in April.

You can actually reach the nearest supermarket on foot in 5 minutes.
The walk to the centre of Westerland is about 15 minutes (with dog).

You can also walk to the nearest dog beach.
However, there are so many nice dog beaches on Sylt that you should definitely take the car or bikes with a trailer.
You should definitely take a leash or flexi leash with you; at some dog beaches it is generally compulsory to keep your dog on a lead.

We and our dogs really enjoyed our holiday and our stay in the beautiful flat.

We have stayed in the flat several times. Very well maintained and clean. High-quality equipment, e.g. modern kitchen. Everything you need is there. The landlady always decorates the flat seasonally with attention to detail and always gives both guests and dogs a nice treat. The flat is ideal for holidays with dogs because of the fenced garden. We always feel very comfortable there.

The modern kitchen appliances and so much new crockery and cutlery we have never experienced in a holiday accommodation. Washing machine and dryer complete the perfect ensemble. The location of the flat was brilliant for us. From there you can explore the island in all directions. There are various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, but no noise pollution. The garden is very well maintained and perfect for dogs because everywhere is closed. The landlords have decorated the flat so lovingly for Christmas, we felt at home from the first minute. Great holiday flat. Superbly equipped. Best location! Not far from Westerland. Great with a dog, as the garden is fully "fenced". We would book this flat again and again, therefore full points. Everything is also available in the kitchen, from the toaster to the kettle. We can recommend this accommodation with a very clear conscience.

It was a lovely holiday, as always. The flat was decorated for Christmas, so we felt right at home again. The furnishings are great. The location is good. You can get to the centre of Westerland in ten minutes and the nearest shopping area is a five-minute walk away. We will be back next year.
