Located in the Valentin Plage residence, this apartment is an ideal location for a successful summer holiday in the so-called ''Côte Sauvage'' near the bay of La Baule. The small, enclosed and green domain (2 ha) consists of a monumental main building and three annexes (without lift).

The apartment is located on the ground floor (sea side) and furnished in a pleasant way. The living room features a double sofa bed and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The apartment also features a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general car park.

At Résidence Valentin Plage, you can book various nice apartments for four to eight people.
