Very nice holiday home with everything in it.
Holiday home as described. Very clean and tidy, everything you need is there.
Very nicely located in a quiet area. Great bathing opportunities, e.g. in Lubmin, ideal for children.
Centrally located for numerous excursions.
Super nice host.
We felt very comfortable.

Perfect for relaxing
We wanted a holiday to relax, switch off and, above all, a holiday where we were not surrounded by holiday flats.
This is exactly the holiday we got here. We received a very friendly welcome on arrival, so that we immediately felt at home. The landlords are very nice and helpful. They are on site as contact persons, but they keep a low profile in the background, so that you have your peace and quiet. They are also very child-friendly.
We came with our 2 children (8 and 1). Our little one stayed with us in the bedroom and slept in the cot provided
We were completely satisfied with the size of the cottage. It is equipped with everything you need and is very lovingly furnished.
We felt especially comfortable on the terrace belonging to the house. It is located directly in the lovingly landscaped garden. Our children could move freely on the property and felt very comfortable! They especially liked the neighbourhood. A donkey, horses, a goat and sheep were waiting for them.
We can only recommend the cottage and the whole region. We had a perfect holiday!

Small but fine holiday house - Great!
We were "repeat offenders" this year and came back with Fsmiluw (2 adults/2 children) as guests in the holiday home. It is very pleasing that the holiday home has been upgraded again through new purchases/redecorations in the living area and kitchen - fantastic!

Will come back gladly - highly recommended.
The small holiday house, despite its size, has 4 rooms (master bedroom, living room with separate kitchen area, bathroom with shower, children's room with bunk bed). Very clean and functional. Don't expect a 5-star standard or a spacious marvel - everything is as described. We found enough space for four people (2 adults + 2 children). If something doesn't work or is missing - just contact the very friendly landlord - Top! The location of the house is perfect for excursions to the surrounding areas. With a car, you have all options - Usedom, Rügen, and the nearby surroundings including Lubmin. The latter can also be explored on foot or by bike. In the nearby Lubmin, you can do your shopping and find dining options. The sandy beach + pier are particularly worth seeing. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Super comfortable and great location!
We were very satisfied with the nice landlord. Very accommodating with insider information and tips for bathing. We will come back in 2017 and look forward to seeing you again! We were there with a 3-year-old child, next door is a petting zoo. Our offspring loved that!
