Description
The flat is in a quiet location in the Delitzsch district of Kertitz in an almost 100-year-old farmhouse with a 4-sided courtyard, which is still in the design phase. The first part is completed.
In one bedroom there is a double bed 180 x 200, in the other one a bed 155 x 200. Furthermore, there is a wardrobe, a desk and seats in each room.
In the kitchen there is a dining area for up to 6 people.
The courtyard of the property offers secure parking for 2 cars as well as storage space for bicycles.
The outdoor facilities include a terrace with garden furniture.
The landlords only live on the lower floor of the house when work needs to be done on the property, but can be reached if necessary.
With the holiday flat, they have tried to build a bridge between old rural walls and modern living comfort.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located on the first floor of the house. A large meadow also belongs to the fenced property. Children can also let off steam in the yard and the nearby playground.
A small road (no car traffic ) behind the house leads after 400 m to the Delitzscher Tierpark with especially many play possibilities for children. This route ends after about 1.5 km in the city park and is an ideal route for Nordic walking and jogging.
The nearest S-Bahn station at Delitzsch station is only a few minutes away by car. It takes 12 minutes by S-Bahn to get to the New Trade Fair Centre and about 17 minutes to get to the centre of Leipzig's market square. That's perfect.
There are Park & Ride car parks to the left and right of Delitzsch station.

Vacation with children
We were positively surprised by the holiday apartment. It is very big, clean, and spacious. In the fenced property, children can really let off steam, and there is a small corner for resting and lingering for the adults. The surroundings can be easily reached by car in all directions.
