Description
The apartment is located in a quiet area in the Delitzsch district of Kertitz in an almost 100-year-old farmhouse with a four-sided courtyard.
One bedroom has a double bed 180 x 200, the other has a bed 155 x 200 and a fold-out sleeper chair. There is also a wardrobe, a desk, and seating in each room.
The kitchen has a dining area for up to 6 people. The courtyard of the property offers secure parking for 2 cars as well as storage space for bicycles.
The landscaped outdoor areas include a terrace with garden furniture.
2 e-bikes can be rented for a fee. (25 euros per day and per bike)
As landlords, we only stay on the lower floor of the house when work needs to be done on the property, but we are reachable if necessary. We have tried, with the holiday apartment, to build a bridge between old rural walls and modern living comfort.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the house. The fenced property also includes a large meadow. Children can also romp around in the yard and the nearby playground. A small street (very little car traffic) behind the house leads after 400 m to the Delitzsch Zoo, which offers especially many play opportunities for children. This route ends after about 1.5 km in the city park and is an ideal path for Nordic walking and jogging. It's only a few minutes by car to the next S-Bahn station at Delitzsch train station.
By S-Bahn, it takes 12 minutes to get to the Neue Messe and about 17 minutes right to Leipzig's Market Square. That's perfect.
At Delitzsch train station, there are Park & Ride parking lots on both the left and right sides.

Wonderful holiday apartment
We were allowed to stay in this great vacation apartment in Leipzig during the gymnastics festival with four people. Everything was as one wishes - super spacious, absolutely clean, and very nice landlords! The proximity to Leipzig is also good; you can quickly get to the city by car. We can recommend the accommodation 100% and would book it again ourselves if we are in the area again. Greetings from Baden-Württemberg.

Vacation with children
We were positively surprised by the holiday apartment. It is very big, clean, and spacious. In the fenced property, children can really let off steam, and there is a small corner for resting and lingering for the adults. The surroundings can be easily reached by car in all directions.
