This holiday home has a spacious living room overlooking the spacious, green garden. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs. In the conservatory you will also find the dining table with 6 chairs. Through the living room you enter the conservatory and this leads onto the south-facing terrace.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom. One bedroom has a double box spring bed, the second has two single box spring beds, and there is a bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and bathroom furniture.
There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
The green garden to the south is fully fenced and there is a garden shed.

Location and surroundings of object
There is a large, sun-drenched, enclosed garden, with a semi-covered terrace and overlooking the pond. You can walk to the beach of Julianadorp an Zee from the flat. The 9-hole golf course, the covered swimming pool and the covered shopping centre "De Riepel" are in the immediate vicinity. In the village you will find everything your heart desires: many shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, and a swimming pool.
The cosy beach pavilion is open all year round. In spring, you can enjoy beautiful flower fields.
