This well-maintained holiday home is located just a few minutes’ walk from the charming small fjord harbor of Nr. Lyngvig Havn. Nestled on a 1,200 m² natural plot, the property is surrounded by dunes, pine trees, grasses, and shrubs, creating a peaceful and scenic setting. A southwest-facing enclosed terrace at the house provides an ideal spot to relax, enjoy the sun, and take in the tranquil surroundings. Inside, there is a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area with a dining and seating corner and plenty of windows that fill the space with natural light. The house offers four comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (one 140 cm wide), one with a single bed, and one with a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces. Each bedroom includes ample storage space for a convenient stay. The modern kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals. For comfort in all seasons, the house has an energy-efficient heat pump as well as a cozy wood-burning stove, perfect for adding warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings. The property is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. The beautiful North Sea coast is only about 1.3 km away, offering sandy beaches and fresh sea air. A short 1 km walk brings you to the Lyngvig Lighthouse, from which you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, Hvide Sande, and the open heath and dune landscapes. This holiday home combines comfort, modern amenities, and a stunning natural location, making it perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation and coastal adventure. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
