Description

House / Exterior:
This is a flat of approx. 65m². It consists of a large living-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, WC/shower and a large hallway area.

Equipment of the holiday flat: In the living-kitchen area you will find a set of armchairs with coffee table, a SAT-TV, CD-radio as well as a very well equipped kitchenette (microwave, 2 plate cooker, toaster, coffee machine, iron, ironing board as well as cooking pots and dishes/glasses for up to 6 people) and the dining area. Direct access to the terrace with garden furniture incl. cushions.
The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There are fly screens in front of the windows. Cleaning utensils (hoover, broom etc.) are in the hallway behind a curtain. Shower/WC with window. Hairdryer available.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided.

Staircase: under the stairs there is a small play corner for our little guests. Outdoor area:Large fenced outdoor area approx. 1000 m² with 2 sunbeds incl. cushions/apartment. Swing and sandpit for the little ones is available. In front of the house is the garage for the flat. There is also a bicycle for general use.
Covered outdoor seating with a view of the Schneekoppe and the castle ruins for general use is available.

Great holiday apartment

Super holiday apartment, we were there with 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog. Mega beautiful fenced garden, kitchen, etc., everything you need is available. Very considerate and friendly landlords. If you want to explore the Giant Mountains, this is the perfect place. We say thank you for everything.

Pure relaxation...

...you experience with this beautiful vacation apartment. As usual, we were welcomed by a well-equipped, very clean apartment with a fantastic view. In a quiet location with unobstructed vistas, one can only relax. With direct hiking trails or short drives to immediate tourist attractions, many experiences can be gathered. We will be very happy to come back.

We feel at home here.

Since 2013, we keep coming back here... The location in the Hirschberger Valley and the excursion possibilities with children: "Are very good!" Nowhere is there so much offered for children as here... There are also many opportunities for adults: "Fishing, hiking, shopping, the Japanese garden nearby, and much more!" God willing: "We will come back next year!"

Being able to switch off easily

We were here with our two dogs and were able to really switch off from everyday life. There are many hiking opportunities here with beautiful views as a reward. A huge garden with playing options also for the children. Within walking distance are restaurants, pharmacies, shopping opportunities, and more. In House Rübezahl, one enjoys absolute silence and friendly people. A trip here is definitely worth it, whether alone, as a couple, with children, or dogs. We will definitely come back!

Top vacation rental

We have been to the Giant Mountains three times now and twice to the Haus Rübezahl.
We didn't miss anything in terms of equipment.
Very clean apartment and a beautiful well-kept large garden so that children and adults could really let off steam and relax.

Always happy to come back.

The only minor "criticism" would be the lack of WiFi.
However, this does not lead to a deduction of points.

Thank you for the relaxing vacation.

You can feel comfortable here!

We arrived as a large family and occupied both apartments at Haus Rübezahl in order to explore our father's homeland from there. Accompanied by 2 dogs and 2 smaller children, who immediately felt at home in the large garden and played football with their grandpa (the goal is really great!). The apartments are as described and had almost everything you need. We personally would have liked a dishwasher and a small oven, but we managed without them. Everything was there for the children and we actually packed too much. Badminton, various swings, lots of games...everything is already available. We also found the location to be very pleasant, as it is very quiet in a dead-end street. For dog owners: The property is mostly fenced. We were able to let our large dog run freely. The smaller one could have gotten through under the fence/hedge, so we preferred to leash him. The neighbor's dog occasionally comes to visit the garden to check on things. He is, in my opinion, friendly. In summary: we felt very comfortable and had nothing to complain about. We would love to come back :)

Back to nature

If you like walking or hiking and love nature, this is the place for you.

The house is in a quiet location. In the best weather, the Schneekoppe is visible.

For families with children, a very nice, clean and well-maintained accommodation with a playground in the well-kept, clean garden. Even the dogs feel at home.
The Rübezahl house is highly recommended

For my father, who was driven out of the Giant Mountains as a boy, it was a lifelong dream to build a house in his "old homeland". We, as a family, supported him in this. Shortly before he retired, the time had come to start building the house. My parents and we are regularly on site and are always happy to give guests valuable tips about the wonderful area.
