I am contacting you regarding reservation n°00026001673-1wbx6tlj, made through your platform for a family stay involving 12 people. I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the accommodation upon our arrival, which is completely unacceptable given the price paid. Indeed, the accommodation was clearly left abandoned: No cleaning had been done (dirty dishes, grimy surfaces, very dirty windows) The sanitary facilities were in a deplorable state of hygiene (extremely dirty toilet brushes) The exterior was also neglected (furniture covered in moss, litter and bottles in the garden) The sauna was out of order and unusable despite two technical interventions over the weekend The Finnish bath was unfit for use, resembling stagnant water These conditions made the stay unbearable. The majority of participants left the premises on Saturday afternoon, and we had to shorten this weekend planned for 12 people. I find it unacceptable to have paid: €1,445.61 for the rental, including €300 for cleaning not done, €1,000 deposit, still awaiting refund. I have many photos and videos taken upon our arrival as well as at our departure, attesting to the condition of the premises.

The house was not clean, the dishwasher was broken and needed maintenance, in the living room there was an armchair with a broken leg. The glass of the glass door to the terrace was broken and only temporarily repaired. The glass shards were still on the ground! A large percentage of the plastic garden chairs were broken and dangerous to sit on. No locks on the bathroom door. No decorations in the form of paintings or anything like that. The furniture in the bedrooms was minimal (2 beds, 2 chairs, bad mattress). The BBQ was dirty. The outdoor bubble bath was too dirty to use. We were repeatedly bothered by visitors who thought our house was the reception. Family Engels

Faucets are leaking, toilets are constantly running, one of the windows is broken and sticks out dangerously, water in the hot tub smells. The pool table is nice, it is very spacious and perfect for larger groups. Kitchen facilities are top-notch. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is okay, as I didn't find it expensive. There are also many fun things to do in the area.

Upon arrival at Résidence Durbuy, the fireplace, 3 of the 6 hobs, a number of light points and the TV (missing antenna cable) in our holiday home did not work. Several chairs appeared to be broken. Door handles were broken off. We were told this as if it was the most normal thing in the world: no excuses, no discount, just accept.
Although the general terms and conditions state that when the key is returned upon departure, the deposit will be settled at the counter, this did not happen and no news has been heard even after two weeks.
Durbuy and surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, we cannot say that about our stay at Résidence Durbuy.
