This place has a real vibe! Spacious enough for a group of 20, plus, the kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking. Quiet evenings in the living room with the wood stove are different. Moreover, the outdoor terrace is perfect for some sunset photos. No cap, the sauna changes the game after a day of exploring Durbuy. Only 3 km from all the charming cafes and parks.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Upon arrival at Résidence Durbuy, the fireplace, 3 of the 6 hobs, a number of light points and the TV (missing antenna cable) in our holiday home did not work. Several chairs appeared to be broken. Door handles were broken off. We were told this as if it was the most normal thing in the world: no excuses, no discount, just accept.
Although the general terms and conditions state that when the key is returned upon departure, the deposit will be settled at the counter, this did not happen and no news has been heard even after two weeks.
Durbuy and surroundings are beautiful. Unfortunately, we cannot say that about our stay at Résidence Durbuy.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

it was a good stay and beautiful location. but the fridge was broken and the dishwasher also did not work.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We are not satisfied that we cannot use the swimming pool. The accommodation is dilapidated and poorly maintained. The rental price is not in proportion to the offered property. We would not recommend the property to anyone and will never return.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house is well suited for groups of friends. The conservatory is spacious and beautiful, and the kitchen offers many possibilities. There are enough showers available. However, the beds are not great, but good for what you pay. During our stay, the WiFi did not work. Also, afterwards the TV went out due to a lightning strike. There was no one at the reception (the entire week). The swimming pool was also closed. This was very unfortunate since this was mentioned in the description and it did influence our choice for the cottage. It was also 35 degrees the whole week, so the pool would have been welcome. It should be open in June, July, and August. We went at the end of June.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

First house. Well, some improvement points: Sauna was defective. Dishwasher instructions were not clear. Many cushions were missing on beds. Meter reading instruction is unclear.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The beds were comfortable and it stayed nice and quiet at night. The showers worked well and check-in went smoothly without problems.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

I noticed that the TV remote made it easier to relax after exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals alone or with friends. The surroundings were also easy to explore from here.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am contacting you regarding reservation n°00026001673-1wbx6tlj, made through your platform for a family stay involving 12 people. I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the accommodation upon our arrival, which is completely unacceptable given the price paid. Indeed, the accommodation was clearly left abandoned: No cleaning had been done (dirty dishes, grimy surfaces, very dirty windows) The sanitary facilities were in a deplorable state of hygiene (extremely dirty toilet brushes) The exterior was also neglected (furniture covered in moss, litter and bottles in the garden) The sauna was out of order and unusable despite two technical interventions over the weekend The Finnish bath was unfit for use, resembling stagnant water These conditions made the stay unbearable. The majority of participants left the premises on Saturday afternoon, and we had to shorten this weekend planned for 12 people. I find it unacceptable to have paid: €1,445.61 for the rental, including €300 for cleaning not done, €1,000 deposit, still awaiting refund. I have many photos and videos taken upon our arrival as well as at our departure, attesting to the condition of the premises.

Large space, comfortable beds, and the location is perfect for nature lovers, Not far from the Mazes and the Canopy Park for a bit of adventure, The on-site bar is a nice touch for relaxing after a long day, 10/10 I recommend for a group getaway!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We spent a nice weekend, The house felt like a home away from home, and the sauna was perfect for relaxing, Near Durbuy, we were able to easily explore the charming town,

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The vacation house was a practical choice for our family reunion. It is surrounded by nature and felt quite peaceful. Although the decor was a bit dated, everything was clean and functional. The kids loved the nearby playground and the shared pool—although we had to check the hours as it was managed by the municipality. Overall, it met our needs well, but don't expect anything too fancy!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Great value for money! The house is well maintained and the layout is perfect for large groups. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which kept everyone connected. We would definitely return!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Super relaxing stay! The house is cozy and has everything needed for a group gathering. The free WiFi is a great advantage, and the pool is awesome when it's open. Definitely use the game room for some friendly competition. Perfect place to enjoy with friends or family. I would definitely come back for more.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Clean and comfortable! The rooms were cozy, and the living room was perfect for our family gatherings. The indoor pool was a bit far away, but we appreciated the option to use it during our stay.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A cozy retreat in nature! The living room was spacious and had a lovely view of the surrounding woods, We made use of the barbecue facilities outside and enjoyed our meals on the terrace, It was a memorable weekend

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house was not clean, the dishwasher was broken and needed maintenance, in the living room there was an armchair with a broken leg. The glass of the glass door to the terrace was broken and only temporarily repaired. The glass shards were still on the ground! A large percentage of the plastic garden chairs were broken and dangerous to sit on. No locks on the bathroom door. No decorations in the form of paintings or anything like that. The furniture in the bedrooms was minimal (2 beds, 2 chairs, bad mattress). The BBQ was dirty. The outdoor bubble bath was too dirty to use. We were repeatedly bothered by visitors who thought our house was the reception. Family Engels

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Most things work fine, but don't have high expectations. The house could use some attention. Faucets are leaking, toilets are constantly running, one of the windows is broken and sticks out dangerously, water in the hot tub smells. The pool table is nice, it is very spacious and perfect for larger groups. Kitchen facilities are top-notch. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio is okay, as I didn't find it expensive. There are also many fun things to do in the area.
