On the 1st floor: (Living room(double sofa bed, TV(cable), dining table), open kitchen(hob, electric kettle, coffee machine(cups), combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), bedroom(double bed or 2 single beds), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(bathtub with shower, toilet))

This lovely first-floor apartment is equipped with all modern comforts. The furnishings are warm and pleasant. The living room features a TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, one of which with two single box-spring beds (which may or may not be set up as a double bed) and one with a double bed. The modern open kitchen is fitted with a combination microwave oven and a dishwasher. In the bathroom, you'll find a bathtub with shower and a toilet.
Outside, on the ground floor, you'll have a terrace with garden furniture at your disposal, either on the gravel or in the little square on the lawn. You can park near the apartment.
This apartment is suitable for up to four adults and two children under 12.

Situated in the heart of the countryside, this holiday centre is a real oasis of calm, only 3 km from Durbuy. With every luxury, it provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. A wide variety of water and sports activities are on offer in the surrounding area, all centred around the Ourthe (kayak, mountain biking, Adventure programme, horse riding, marked walks, climbing). The picturesque town of Durbuy, often referred to as the smallest town in Europe, offers a good choice of bars and restaurants. Its narrow streets hide a pleasant selection of small shops. Durbuy hosts a variety of events and demonstrations throughout the year, including the famous Christmas market in mid-December. There are other places just as interesting to explore: the Topiary park, the Sunday market in Bomal, the genuine Weris dolmens and menhirs, the toy museum in Ferrières, the 1001 nights caves in Hotton, the Hottemme estate and the Logne fortress.
Luxurious holiday centre in a marvellous location in the heart of the countryside, only 3 km from Durbuy.
A bakery service during school holidays and at the weekends.
The outdoor pool is open in July and August.
The municipal indoor swimming pool will be closed immediately until spring 2021.

Great house. Too bad there is no balcony like other houses. But the picnic table behind the house is also good to use.

Beautiful accommodation. Unfortunately, the information about the municipal swimming pool at the entrance of the park is incorrect. This bath has been closed since the beginning of the Corona time. And that's a shame if you have chosen the location for that option, because we have a daughter who swims in the premier league and wants to train every now and then. Had to go to marche en fermene for that. Also strange that there is a TV turning option but the coax cable was just too short. As a result, it broke and we were charged for our costs.

Enjoyed our stay at Residence Durbuy. Nice and neat apartment. Equipped with all the luxury needed to enjoy a few days. Beautiful surroundings. You can walk very nicely and the town of Durbuy is easily accessible on foot. Worth repeating!!!

Great house for a short stay. Bathroom could be cleaner compared to the rest of the house. Household items are present, but need major maintenance or need to be replaced. (Pans, bread knife, toilet roll holder) Everything else was well arranged.
