The cozy Oberholzlehen hut is the ideal place for relaxation, peace and comfort, but also for many activities in summer and winter. The hut offers enough space and combines rustic idyll with comfort for a relaxing holiday.

There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Hollersbach, the idyllic village in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park region, is the ideal starting point for winter sports enthusiasts. 170 kilometers of slopes and rustic huts await in the Kitzbühel ski area.
The Kitzbüheler Alpen panorama cable car provides convenient direct access to the Kitzbühel ski area: 215 km of slopes, numerous off-piste routes, the "Hanglalm" snow park and 55 different places to stop for refreshments are waiting to be explored.
In summer, the Kitzbüheler Alpen panorama cable car takes hikers to the Resterhöhe, the starting point for numerous tours with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks.
The Hollersbach leisure complex "Hollidee" provides summer water fun with a natural swimming lake, large lawn, adventure playground, beach volleyball court, skate park and tennis courts.

What a wonderful place the Oberholzlehen Hütte is! We had a lovely week here with ten people and a dog. And what a surprise it was that there were two saunas at the cottage! We enjoyed that as well. The peace is nice, the view is fantastic, and the atmosphere in the cottage is good. You could choose from two areas to ski/snowboard: Kitzski and the Wildkogel Arena. The middle station of the Panoramabahn of Kitzski is just a few minutes away from the cottage. For the Wildkogel Arena, you first have to drive down the mountain to Bramberg. We did this. In the description of the cottage, it states that snow chains are necessary. You definitely need them. We dealt with a lot of snowfall, which meant we used the snow chains daily. By the end of the week, we could barely get away with our cars. We destroyed 6 pairs (!) of snow chains because they just couldn't handle it. So keep this in mind with a lot of snowfall.
