This charming former fisherman's cottage is situated on a small, cozy plot near Klintholm, offering a quiet and picturesque setting for a relaxing holiday. Originally built in 1910 and fully renovated in 2022, the house combines historic charm with modern comfort and thoughtful design. Inside, an entrance hall leads directly into the open kitchen-living area, which includes a dining and seating corner, creating a welcoming space for family life and social gatherings. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant view of the garden. From the living room, guests can access the integrated conservatory, which includes a sleeping area for two. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort on cooler days, and the home is designed for cozy, practical living. A staircase from the hallway leads to the attic, where a landing provides access to a spacious bedroom and the newly constructed roof terrace from 2022. The terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the surroundings, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. Outside, the cottage features a small, well-maintained garden with a terrace and grill, ideal for outdoor meals, relaxing, or playing. The property offers both privacy and access to nature, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful retreat near Klintholm. The surrounding area provides opportunities for exploring the coast, local walking paths, and scenic spots. Please note that the house is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
