Description

The newly built Villa Linea in Valbandon can accommodate up to eight people. This modern villa is spread over two floors and has a refined design. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, a modern kitchen with dining area and a living room with access to the pool and a covered terrace with summer kitchen. On the second floor, connected to the interior staircase, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms, each with a balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the outdoor pool while drinking your morning coffee. In warm weather you can swim in the pool, sunbathe or play basketball and badminton. If you want to spend your time outside the villa, visit the nearby towns of Pula, Fažana or the beautiful islands of Brijuni. Villa Linea is an ideal choice for all ages - here you will spend a beautiful summer vacation in even more beautiful Istria.
From the property to the beach is 1.5 km and the distance to the center is 1 km. The nearest grocery store is 600 meters from the vacation property. In 50 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant

Luxurious villa

The luxurious villa offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool is great and provides plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed the privacy – perfect for escaping everyday stress. The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious terrace with a barbecue area was another highlight. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. The villa is also well-suited for a workation, thanks to the quiet environment and good Wi-Fi connection. We highly recommend the villa!
