The distance from the object to the beach is 6 km and the distance to the center is 300 meters. The nearest grocery store is 500 meters from the holiday property. In 500 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
Surrounded by Mediterranean plants, this villa is very attractive! The beautiful large garden, the modern and heated pool, the terrace with a priceless view is only a small part of what this holiday home has to offer. The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and even two saunas. A separate wellness area overlooking the olive grove consists of a Finnish sauna, whirlpool and two deckchairs in the relaxation room. The living area of the property is modern, noble and sophisticated.
