The distance from the object to the beach is 5 km and the distance to the centre is 2 km. The nearest grocery store is 250 meters from the holiday property. In 150 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
This villa in Pula is a luxurious two-storey holiday home with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace for seven people and a large children's playground. The property has room for seven guests - the living area and the sleeping area are very well connected. The coloured walls and fabrics and the modern furniture make the house cheerful and cosy - it is ideal for families with children and a group of friends. The spacious outdoor area has an impressive swimming pool overlooking the garden with a well-equipped playground.

A beautiful holiday house on the main road from Medulin to Pula. Unfortunately, the property is not enclosed from the holiday apartment directly next to it. Personally, the loud noise from the main road, which lasted all day, disturbed us a lot. Furthermore, cleaning supplies and some glasses had to be purchased, as the equipment in this regard was not available.

Great location
Beautiful location. We really liked the outdoor kitchen and everything was available on site. Everything was clean. Nice and beautiful pool.

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! We were a group of 7 people, and both the pool and the houses were excellent. The only downside was the proximity to a busier road, but everything else made up for it. The hosts and everyone in the area were incredibly friendly. We think we would love to come back if we decide to visit Pula again.

The accommodation and the hosts are truly great. The location is also perfect for exploring Istria. There are only two points that we didn't like as much: the direct location on the road, although the garden and terrace were facing the back. Unfortunately, there is no separate toilet on the ground floor. So, even when you are lying by the pool, you always have to go up to the first floor to use the restroom.
