On about 100 m2 of living space on one floor there are: 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 x bathroom with shower/WC, 1 living room and a hallway.
Everything is furnished with natural wood furniture (Dänisches Bettenlager).
The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove with oven. Gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, standard crockery.
In bathroom no. 1: additional washing machine

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is situated in a wonderful, quiet location on the edge of the forest with a good view of the Oybin and Hochwald massifs.
The centre of the village is only 5 minutes away on average.
The house has a garden of approx. 1000 m2, a large area for relaxation, a terrace, garden furniture and barbecue as well as parking spaces for 2 cars.
Directly from the garden gate, hiking trails lead to the Zittau Mountains and to Bohemia.
In the village there are several restaurants, a bowling alley, the castle ruin with its cultural offers. There is also a historic steam railway with connections to Zittau, Jonsdorf and Bertsdorf.

| The final cleaning (60 €) must be included in the total price offer. However, a total price offer can only be determined after the length of stay and number of persons are known. An individual total price offer will therefore be made in response to a booking enquiry after the data has been provided, either by telephone (if contacted accordingly by telephone) or by e-mail. A discount is possible for long-term holidays (from 15 nights at a time) and can be requested at the time of booking depending on the number of persons travelling. Cancellation terms:
When booking, an advance payment of 100% of the total amount is required. Deposited amounts will not be lost to the guest if a travel hindrance should occur. They will be kept for later provision of services by the host in the form of an alternative date for the guest. The alternative travel date must be arranged with the host according to their availability.
