I must preface: I was alone in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with all technical means. The living-kitchen area in the living part is quite dark; there is no direct lighting above the dining table due to the many slanted ceiling areas. Reading the newspaper at the breakfast table is therefore somewhat difficult. The dark anthracite sofa and armchair with a black-shaded floor lamp next to them provide completely inadequate lighting, and the straight view of the black kitchen tiles doesn't create a cozy atmosphere for me at all. The brightest room is the bedroom... The view from the balcony window is very nice due to the large tree closely in front on the neighboring property, but it lets in little light and offers no clear view.
