The holiday flat with terrace is approx. 80 sqm and has
1 master bedroom/double room with cot,
1 double room and
1 room with a 140X200 bed,
there is space for 6 people with a baby or toddler.
This flat is located in the basement.
For our guests who have difficulty walking up and down stairs,
there is an entrance by the terrace with only one step.
The advantage of this flat is that it stays pleasantly cool in the summer
cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
As this is a non-smoking flat,
smoking is allowed on the terrace.
The open-plan kitchen/living room is comfortably furnished.
A designer soapstone stove makes for lovely evenings.
The soapstones keep the heat for hours,
even when the fire has long been extinguished.
We heat with central heating.
The bathroom has a shower with WC.

Our house is centrally located but still quietly situated on the outskirts of the village.
It takes 20 minutes to reach Lake Constance by car via the motorway.
You can shop at Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and Norma, which can be reached in 2 minutes by car.

| We do not want to charge for final cleaning, as many guests leave the flat as clean as they found it. Therefore, the flat should be left swept clean. Appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven must be clean and empty. Otherwise we charge compensation from 50,00 Euro depending on the effort. |
Cancellation terms:
The conclusion of the accommodation contract obligates both contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded. The owner of the accommodation establishment is obligated to provide the booked accommodation for the agreed period. The guest is required to pay the accommodation price as agreed in the contract.

Smoking is only possible outside on the terrace so that non-smokers can also feel comfortable with us.
