Description

The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of Haus "Sonnengrün" and is spread over 2.5 rooms on an area of approx. 63m².
The flat offers space for three people. In the case, a pull-out sofa bed offers two additional sleeping possibilities.
Optionally, a cot (140x70cm) with "lattices" can be added.
The flat is completely tiled. The rooms can be heated independently of each other via a temperature-controlled underfloor heating system.
A controlled ventilation system always supplies the rooms with fresh, clean air and extracts "stale" air. The supplied air is filtered twice and should be almost pollen-free. Ideal also for allergy sufferers.
Internet connection & telephone (optional) and TV are available.
The centre of the village and the shops are within walking distance. The Steißlinger See lake is less than 1 km away. The house is in second row to the street in a quiet residential area with parking directly in front of the door.

Location and surroundings of object

The village centre and shops are within walking distance. The bathing lake is about 10 minutes walk away. The house is in the second row to the street. Constant peace and greenery all around round off the relaxation. Steißlingen is a state-approved health resort. Approx. 4600 inhabitants and an ideal infrastructure. Shopping, dining, golfing, its own bathing lake and much more ßlingen is worth a holiday!

Wonderful family vacation for three

We really enjoyed our summer vacation in Steißlingen. The holiday apartment is big and spacious. Our 2-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We didn't use the ventilation system, as it was very warm during our stay. We prefer to open the windows wide for ventilation. The blinds in front of each window are perfect. We love it to be very dark at night. Therefore, mosquito nets in front of each window would have been perfect. The Steißlinger Lake is very quickly reachable by bicycle and the natural swimming pool is beautifully designed. The bakery, butcher, and a small "Tante Emma store" are also not far away. With our e-bikes, we were able to explore many beautiful spots. By car, you never have to drive very long to reach lovely destinations. Overall, we highly recommend it! Thank you!

Unforgettable vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Steißlingen. The vacation apartment was great, everything modern, everything clean and tidy. The landlord was very friendly and nice. Great apartment

We waited 2weeks, super nice landlords with a very dear nice daughter .The flat was super equipped, nothing was missing
Even our dog ?felt at home there, and we especially.
The price simply cannot be topped
If we drive in the same direction again, we will come back for a few days. Thank you for the wonderful days with the three of you.

Very nice, clean and quiet holiday flat. The landlords were very friendly from the first phone call until the end of our holiday. The family is great! :)

Holiday with dog

When we arrived, we were very kindly welcomed by the Lösing family and were immediately given a small tour of the flat. The flat is beautiful and well equipped. Even a washing machine and dryer are available. A very good WLAN connection is available. A dog-friendly property with an adjacent meadow is included.
The village of Steißlingen offers shopping facilities for basic needs (Netto, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, bakery, various farm shops, etc.) If you want more, Radolfzell is a recommendation. Since we and our dog suffered a bit from the heat of this summer, we enjoyed the air-conditioned rooms of the Seemaxx outlet centre.
The first-class cycle paths in the area are worth mentioning. Other holiday regions could do with some of this
Other interesting places can be reached in a fairly short drive. A visit to the small town of Stein am Rhein and Schaffhausen should not be missed. The holiday region offers something for everyone.
All in all, a successful holiday.

Great vacation apartment

The vacation apartment is really quiet and equipped with everything you have at home. Even though the work outside is not yet finished, nothing stands in the way of breakfast on the terrace and a cozy barbecue evening. Shopping facilities, as well as butchers and bakeries, are within easy walking distance. It's actually just a stroll to the beach at Steißlinger See. The landlords are unobtrusive but very open-minded and helpful at all times. Especially Thea, the daughter of the house, has grown dear to us. We quickly got into a conversation about everyday things over a glass of wine and a beer. Our visitors were always welcome as well. In any case, we know that we have found our vacation apartment for further visits to the region and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
