The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. For your exclusive use are available: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and campfire area. Vacuum cleaner, baby bath, please specify when booking, sailing boat hire on request for a fee.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. BALFON076 is in the same house. BALFON103 is located on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, heater in every room (gas). Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. Television reception via cable. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (150 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with toilet and window.
