Welcome to our holiday home in Stellendam in the province of South Holland!
The well-equipped holiday home, which is well situated in the park, pleasantly combines the cosiness of the rustic country house style with modern elements. It has five beds spread over three bedrooms.
The modern and bright bathroom was completely renovated in 2021. The kitchenette was completely renewed in 2022, including a two-burner induction hob plus an additional hotplate.
The house is located in the quiet, car-free part of the park; however, the parking space belonging to the house is only about 20 m away. Hand carts are available to transport your luggage.

Almost all electrical appliances were newly purchased in 2021/2022.
In the storage shed there is a 28 men's bicycle and a 26 women's bicycle. The bicycles are expressly not part of the rental property, but are available for your use at your own responsibility and risk.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Location and surroundings of object
Stellendam is a town in South Holland on the Goeree-Overflakkee peninsula. It is located about 50 km south of Rotterdam and about 25 km from Renesse.
Stellendam belongs to the municipality of Goedereede, a picturesque, old fishing village worth seeing, with winding alleys, about 3 km away.
Equally beautiful is Ouddorp, a village with many nice little shops and everything for daily needs, about 8 km from Stellendam. Wonderful cycle paths lead there, e.g. through the dunes (Kwade Hoek), along the dike or through Goedereede.
The beautiful, kilometre-long bathing beaches of Ouddorp can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Free parking at the dunes. Surfing/kiting region Brouwersdam can be found within 15 minutes drive, also free parking here.
A large, very nice shopping centre can be found in Hellevoetsluis, 12 km away.
Stellendam itself has a very well set up, large supermarket, within walking distance, about 5 minutes by bike.
A large nature reserve is located in Kwade Hoek.
The holiday park "Onderdemolen" was built in 1969. In the course of time, a park-like area with many meadows, flowers and large trees was created. The park is surrounded by water and nature reserves.
For families with children, the park is a place of recreation.
The park has a tennis court (for a fee), a large playground with climbing and play equipment, ground trampolines, a boules court, a table tennis room and a large children's pool about knee-deep.
Right next to the park is a public indoor and outdoor swimming pool, each with a water slide (zuiderdiep.nl).

Super beautiful vacation
We spent a week with our granddaughter and dog at Mr. Balkenhol's holiday home. We really liked it. The house is very nice and clean, and we lacked nothing. The playground in the park is also great. Our dog could really let loose with other dogs at the dog beach; it was simply wonderful. We would recommend it to everyone.

Family vacation
We spent a great week with our 17-year-old daughter and our two Standard Poodles in this house. We have been coming to Stellendam to this park for many years. Because our regular house was not available, we booked Mr. Balkenhol's house. Overall the 4th house in the park and the nicest. Could become our new regular house. Super clean, everything you need is there, reasonable stairs to the upper floor, nice furnishings, great location. The only thing that could be improved for me would be to close the terrace with a little gate so that the dogs don't have to be tied up. But we have found a solution for that as well. So all in all, top house.

Beautiful stay – ideal for families with children
We spent a wonderful time with our grandchild in this holiday home. The amenities are above average – nothing is really missing! The garden is very well-kept, and the large terrace invites you to relax. In the immediate vicinity, there is a large playground and a swimming pool with a slide, various pools, and a whirlpool, which was of course a highlight for our grandchild. The quiet, yet well-connected location rounded off our stay perfectly. We felt very comfortable, thank the host, who was super friendly and helpful, and we would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Super holiday house in a wonderful location.
The accommodation was very clean and corresponded to the information in the description.
Since the accommodation is located at the beginning of the park, it is easy to reach.
Everything you need in a holiday apartment is available.
We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.
If possible, we would like to come back.
