Description
On 65 sqm of living space, there is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a guest toilet and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a 15 sqm terrace and a 130 sqm lawn. The holiday flat offers space for two persons. An additional guest bed is available. Stepless access from the pavement of the street - through the small iron gate next to the large archway.
Both holiday flats are fully equipped: Cooker with oven and four hobs, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, bread slicer, dishwasher, sink as well as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. All floors in ceramic or terrazzo, easy to clean and hygienic. Beds with sturdy spring mattresses, pillows and electrically adjustable headboard. Bed linen, tea towels, towels, bath towels, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are provided. For your safety also smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. In addition, LCD TV with satellite receiver as well as free fast WLAN with 100 MBit/s. Modern hot water heating for cooler winter days (temperatures in El Faro rarely drop below +12°C). All windows have electric shutters. Insect screens on kitchen, bathroom and bedroom windows. All rooms are equipped with energy-saving LED lamps. On request: air conditioning for an extra charge.
Terrace with sun from late morning to evening. Vertical terrace awning with large viewing window as rain and wind protection. Sunbathing on the large, well-kept lawn overlooking the green zone. A sufficient number of tables, chairs, loungers, cushions and parasols are available for the outdoor areas.
Quiet location within the holiday development. The beach is only 700 metres away and can be reached on foot.

The beautiful, well-kept holiday resort of El Faro is located in Andalusia in southern Spain, on the Costa del Sol, between Málaga and Marbella. Nestled between the foothills of the coastal mountains and the sea, the climate averages 320 days of sunshine, making El Faro an ideal holiday destination for sun-seekers at any time of year.
In addition to restaurants, shopping facilities for daily needs and bus connections to neighbouring towns, El Faro also has a children's playground, a beautiful swimming pool and a square with outdoor fitness equipment. Services such as car rental, taxi ordering, bus tour booking and book rental are offered. An ATM is also available.
While El Faro is a quiet holiday resort with no through traffic, Fuengirola, only three kilometres away, offers everything you would expect from a lively Spanish town with its many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beach promenade.
