The exclusively furnished holiday flat has been rented out since summer 2007. It is furnished in a modern design. Its beige walls, white furniture and maritime accessories make it look very spacious and give you a feeling of being close to the beach and the sea
The holiday flat is located in the holiday complex "Dünenresidenz Usedom" only 150 m from the idyllic sandy beach (textile and nudist) of the Baltic resort Karlshagen. The flat is also about 64 sqm and offers enough space for 2-4 people. The flat is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden. The living room with kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (satellite TV, stereo, DVD player,fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, dishwasher and microwave etc.). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is bright and comfortably designed, it has a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, towel dryer and WC. (Floor plan)The flat has a covered terrace facing south and with its approx. 400 sqm garden in front and behind the house, it offers all the prerequisites for perfect rest, relaxation and enjoyment. The well-kept garden is available to our guests for their exclusive use. A car parking space is located directly at the house.

Karl Hagen is in the north of the island of Usedom and is a gem for those seeking relaxation. A fine, white beach in part with a nudist area leave nothing to be desired. The place is even less crowded as the imperial baths in the south. Nevertheless, it provides Karlshagen everything is necessary for an exciting Baltic Holidays, short distance to the beach, great cafes and restaurants, cultural evening and rest due to its proximity to the adjacent nature reserve.

Great accommodation - great vacation!
Accommodation very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Kitchen utensils are all (!) available - we have never experienced this before - thumbs up. Thank you for everything!!!!
