We offer you an approx. 100 m² self-contained attic flat with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower and bathtub), large living and dining room as well as a balcony with a view of the Elm. The holiday flat is in a quiet location and is suitable for up to 6 people, also with small children.
The flat is a non-smoking flat, smoking is possible on the balcony. When the weather is nice, you can barbecue there and enjoy the view of the Elm.

Bornum am Elm is a district of the town of Königslutter am Elm with about 919 inhabitants and is located on the northern edge of the Elm at 127 m above sea level in the district of Helmstedt.
It is only about 5 km from Bornum to Königslutter with its various shopping facilities, and the larger cities of Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Helmstedt and Wolfenbüttel are within a radius of about 25 km with their many leisure facilities.
In Bornum there is a country butcher's shop, a Regio-Box (with eggs, milk, pasta, sausages, etc.) and two hotels with a restaurant
From Bornum there are beautiful walks and bicycle tours in the Elm and the surrounding area
The Elm is a 25 km long, forested low mountain range. It is northern Germany's largest contiguous beech forest
It should not be forgotten that Bornum was the setting for various episodes of the children's TV series "Neues aus Uhlenbusch" in the 1970s.

We visited this nice family last weekend. You are received very well, very friendly. The apartment itself is well-maintained. Everything you need in terms of equipment is there. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely top quality
We had a really nice short vacation in the holiday apartment at Elm together with our daughter and her little son. Everything was simply great! We have rarely experienced such a beautiful, clean, totally practical and absolutely child- and baby-friendly large apartment like this one. Nothing was missing and so much appropriate toys for our little grandson like in this apartment, our daughter doesn't even have at home. Thank you for the lovely welcome, the nice note cards on the beds with something sweet, the previously sent photos of the available highchairs (even two different ones!) and the thoughtfulness of what such a little baby needs. It was absolutely quiet, located on the outskirts of Bornum with a beautiful view from the large, also child-friendly balcony! We can only highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
