Our house will be completed on April 15, 2023. The pictures shown are still sample photos and will be exchanged upon completion.
Our house Hannes is located in a small and quiet vacation area in Mellnitz-Hof near Poseritz. We have put a lot of effort into the equipment to make your stay as pleasant as possible as a holidaymaker. In addition to a fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, raclette, wok pan, kettle and coffee machine, there will also be a dining table for at least 6-8 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a relaxing armchair and a fireplace. When the weather is not so good, you can also enjoy the TV (55'' diagonal) from the couch. WiFi is of course available.2 of the 3 bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. All rooms are covered with our WiFi. All rooms are supplied with a TV set.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet and a sauna. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet.

In the middle of the European bird sanctuary, you have the opportunity to observe rare and protected bird species (cormorants, cranes, gray herons, sea eagles, gray geese and many more) during their rest and breeding. The surroundings offer you peace and distance, which allows you to spend a relaxing vacation.
