Description
Our Traubenhof with the seminar and group house "No. 36" is located in the idyllic village of Antweiler and offers space for up to 19 to 22 people + small children.
You are welcome to additionally book our other accommodation units in the Traubenhof, the large holiday house "No. 34a" with 7 rooms and/or the small holiday house "No. 34" with 2 rooms, in order to accommodate up to 40 people in 15 rooms…
Just contact us regarding availability! The house features a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen with
- 2 ceramic hobs,
- 2 ovens,
- 2 refrigerators (kitchen and bar area), as well as
- dishwasher with spacious washing area.
The living area with a cozy seating area and a small workspace can also be used as a seminar or workshop room. Here you will also find a pool table, a foosball table, and a dartboard.
The furnishing of the dining area can be individually adapted to your group size. The adjoining bar with large flat-screen satellite TV invites you to linger together.
You have 7 bedrooms at your disposal, all with en-suite bathrooms (WC and shower) (1st floor and attic) as well as two additional guest WCs on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with modern box spring beds, so they can be used flexibly as twin or double rooms. In four bedrooms, one or two additional daybeds are available. Throughout the entire ground floor, our underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. In the bedrooms on the 1st and top floors, radiators quickly warm the rooms comfortably.
A cozy, fenced garden equipped with patio furniture and a swivel grill offers you space for social gatherings.
Additionally, a private sauna with its own shower area and a comfortable sofa is available for you in the basement. This area can only be used by guests of the seminar house "Nr. 36" can be used. Access is via the outside staircase at the house entrance.
The Traubenhof is located directly next to the VR-Bank, you can park directly at the house on the 5 private parking spaces.
The house is accessible via five steps.

The accommodation with river view is 29 km from Bad Münstereifel and 39 km from Bad Neuenahr. The legendary Nürburgring can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
In the village itself there is a farm shop with baked goods, a meat/cheese counter, regional products, and some everyday items. In addition, you will find all well-known large supermarkets in Adenau, Blankenheim, and Hillesheim.
You can let your soul unwind at the Ahr... Discover hiking trails (Eifel-Steig, Traumpfade as well as Ahrtal cycling and hiking trail right on the doorstep) as well as cycling (MTB trails in the immediate vicinity) are possible in the immediate vicinity. But wonderful day trips to the maars, animal parks or castles in the surrounding area can also be planned from here.

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: - More than 90 days before the start of the rental: free of charge - 90 to 60 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price - 59 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - From 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price Please note: For bookings of the houses/apartments for seminars as well as during major events at the Nürburgring (such as the 24h race, Rock am Ring, Truck GP, Oldtimer GP, DTM, GT World Challenge, Christmas, Easter, New Year's Eve, bridge days & public holidays), 100% of the rental price must always be paid as compensation, regardless of the date the cancellation is received. A cancellation/termination can only be made in writing. The relevant date is the day the declaration is received by the landlord. A processing fee of EUR 50 per cancellation will be retained in any case. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is the sole responsibility of the tenant and is recommended.
