This exceptional property has been on the market since 2017 and offers an incredible holiday and base for those who appreciate natural beauty, luxury and tranquillity. At the entrance to the town of Barat, overlooking the Adriatic Sea and beautiful sunsets, is the luxurious Villa Carolus.

The garden of Villa Carlus is rich in Mediterranean vegetation, such as the intoxicating scent of rosemary, an unavoidable palm tree and an olive tree over 500 years old, offering guests privacy and refuge from the outside world. Just as we have carefully attended to every detail when decorating the interior and exterior, we treat each guest with the same care. The host greets each guest with a welcome basket containing a surprise (eco-products from Istrian delicacies, fruit...).

The village of Barat is located 1.5 km south of the town of Višnjan and its observatory. The A9 highway, which connects the Slovenian border with Pula, is a 5-minute drive away. Barat is about 11 km away from the sea as the crow flies.

Carefully selected details decorate the living and dining room. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to test your cooking skills. The large terrace offers you a unique view of the sea and the Italian Alps. In the courtyard, which ensures maximum privacy, you can swim in the 70 m2 pool, relax in the jacuzzi, prepare a first-class barbecue and enjoy billiards, table tennis, table football or karaoke. Bicycles are also available for your use. The villa is only 2 km from the Višnjan motorway exit. Within a radius of fifty kilometres you can visit many sights of Istria and enjoy the rich gastronomic offer.
